Description
図1〜7を参照して本発明の一実施形態に係るコネクタの構成について説明する。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に関わるコネクタ1を示す断面である。図2は、ハウジング2の斜視図である。図3は、ハウジング2の断面図である。図4は、リテーナ3の斜視図である。図5は、端子4の斜視図である。図6は、端子4の中途挿入状態を表すコネクタ1の断面図である。図7は、図6の部分断面図である。なお、図1と図6において、上下方向Zにおける2段の端子収容室211内、上方向Z1側の端子収容室211に対してのみ、電線Wと接続された端子4を表している。

Claims (3)
- 電線、および、前記電線と接続された端子を備え、
前記端子は、箱部と電線接続部を有しており、
前記箱部は、前後方向と直交する方向における断面が矩形状であり、
前記箱部は、底板と、第1側板と、第2側板と、内板、および、天井板を有しており、
前記第1側板と前記第2側板は、幅方向において対向しており、
前記底板と前記内板は、高さ方向において対向しており、
前記天井板は、
前記内板のうち、前記底板と対向する側とは反対側で前記内板と重ねられており、かつ、
前後方向において、中間に切欠き部が成形されており、前方向側の前方天井板と、後方向側の後方天井板からなっており、
前記前方天井板は、後方向側に第1被係止部を有しており、
前記後方天井板は、前方向側に凸部係合面と、後方向側に第2被係止部を有しており、
前記内板は、前記天井板側に突出する凸部を有しており、
前記凸部は、前後方向において前記凸部係合面と係合している
ことを特徴とする端子。 - 請求項1に記載の端子と、ハウジング、および、リテーナを備え、
前記ハウジングは、ハウジング本体を有しており、
前記ハウジング本体には、前後方向において、前記ハウジング本体を貫通する端子収容室が成形されており、かつ、
前記端子収容室の後方向側に開口部を有しており、
前記端子収容室は、前後方向と直交する方向における断面が矩形状であり、
前記ハウジング本体は、
前記端子収容室内に第1係止部が突出する弾性変形可能なランスと、
前記ハウジング本体の下方向側の面である本体下表面と、
前後方向において、前記ランスの後方向側に位置して、前記端子収容室を分離するリテーナ挿入空間と、
前記リテーナ挿入空間の下方向側に形成される挿入空間開口部と、
を有しており、
前記端子は、前記ハウジング本体の後方向側の前記開口部から前記端子収容室に挿入されるものであり、
前記リテーナは、
前記ハウジング本体の下方向側の前記挿入空間開口部から上方向に向けて前記リテーナ挿入空間に挿入されるものであり、かつ、
突条部と、
第2係止部と、
前記リテーナの下方向側の面であるリテーナ下表面と、
を有しており、
前記突条部は、上方向側に突出しており、かつ、高さ方向から見た場合において、前記切欠き部に侵入可能な寸法であり、
前記端子が前記端子収容室に中途挿入された状態である途中挿入状態において、前記リテーナが上方向に向けて前記リテーナ挿入空間に挿入された場合に、前記突条部が前記凸部と当接し、
前記リテーナ下表面は、前記ハウジング本体の前記本体下表面より所定の突出量に対して前記凸部の突出量分だけ増えて下方向に突出する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記ハウジング本体と前記リテーナは、仮係止手段と本係止手段を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のコネクタ。
