Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、ハイブリッドシステムは、車両の駆動源としてエンジン10を備えている。エンジン10のクランクシャフト10aは、トランスミッション11等を介して駆動輪に駆動連結されている。また、エンジン10のクランクシャフト10aは、第1プーリ12に駆動連結されている。第1プーリ12には、伝達ベルト13が掛け回されている。なお、図示は省略するが、エンジン10のクランクシャフト10aは、ベルト、プーリ、ギア(スプロケット)、チェーン等を介して、油圧を発生するための油圧ポンプやエアコンのコンプレッサ等にも駆動連結されている。
上記実施形態においては、モータジェネレータ20や高圧バッテリ22からの電力が、DC/DCコンバータ23を介して、低圧バッテリ24に供給される。そのため、仮に、DC/DCコンバータ23に異常が発生して低圧バッテリ24への電力供給が絶たれると、低圧バッテリ24の充電容量が目標範囲の下限値を越えて低下することがある。特に、上記実施形態では、ハイブリッドシステム全体を統括して制御する電子制御装置30が、低圧バッテリ24からの電力供給を受ける。したがって、低圧バッテリ24の充電容量が過度に低下すると、電子制御装置30による車両用電源装置の制御が不安定になったり、制御そのものができなくなったりするおそれがある。このような事態が発生することを防ぐためにも、DC/DCコンバータ23に異常が発生しており、且つ低圧バッテリ24の充電容量が少ないときには、車両の走行中であってもできるだけ速やかに対処することが好ましい。
・上記各実施形態では、ハイブリッドシステムの全体を統括して制御する電子制御装置30が一連の充放電制御処理を実行したが、例えばエンジン10を制御する制御装置と、車両用電源装置のリレー切替制御を実行する制御装置とが別の処理回路(コンピュータ)であってもよい。
・DC/DCコンバータ23を省略することもできる。この場合、低圧バッテリ24に対して電力を供給するオルタネータ等をモータジェネレータ20とは別に設ければよい。
Claims (5)
- 直列に接続された複数のバッテリモジュールで構成された高圧バッテリと、
前記高圧バッテリよりも電圧の低い低圧電源と、
正極側の端子及び負極側の端子のいずれか一方を第1端子、いずれか他方を第2端子としたとき、前記高圧バッテリの第1端子及び前記高圧バッテリから電力の供給を受ける高圧補機の第1端子の間の電気的接続を切り替える第1メインリレーと、
前記高圧バッテリの第2端子及び前記高圧補機の第2端子の間の電気的接続を切り替える第2メインリレーと、
電気的接続を切り替えるプリチャージリレー及び当該プリチャージリレーに直列接続された抵抗を備え、第2メインリレーに対して並列に接続されたプリチャージ回路と、
前記複数のバッテリモジュールのうちの連続する一部のバッテリモジュールを切替モジュール群としたとき、前記切替モジュール群の第2端子の接続先を、当該切替モジュール群の第2端子側に隣接するバッテリモジュールの第1端子、又は前記低圧電源の第2端子に切り替える第1切替リレーと、
前記切替モジュール群の第1端子及び前記低圧電源の第1端子の間の電気的接続を切り替える第2切替リレーと、
前記切替モジュール群の第2端子側に隣接するバッテリモジュールの第1端子及び前記高圧補機の第1端子の間の電気的接続を切り替える第3切替リレーと、
前記第1メインリレー、前記第2メインリレー、前記プリチャージリレー、前記第1切替リレー、前記第2切替リレー、及び前記第3切替リレーを制御するリレー制御部と
を備え、
前記リレー制御部は、前記切替モジュール群からの前記低圧電源への電力供給に切り替えるための低圧切替要求があったときには、
前記第1メインリレー及び前記第2メインリレーを開状態に切り替える第1処理と、
前記第1切替リレーを前記低圧電源の第2端子に接続するとともに、前記第2切替リレーを閉状態に切り替える第2処理と、
前記プリチャージリレーを閉状態に切り替えるとともに、前記第3切替リレーを閉状態に切り替える第3処理と、
前記第2メインリレーを閉状態に切り替える第4処理と、
前記プリチャージリレーを開状態に切り替える第5処理と
を順に実行する
ことを特徴とする車両用電源装置。 - 前記リレー制御部は、前記低圧切替要求がなくなったときには、
前記第3切替リレー及び前記第2メインリレーを開状態に切り替える第6処理と、
前記第1切替リレーを前記切替モジュール群の第2端子側に隣接するバッテリモジュールの第1端子に接続するとともに、前記第2切替リレーを開状態に切り替える第7処理と、
前記プリチャージリレーを閉状態に切り替えるとともに、前記第1メインリレーを閉状態に切り替える第8処理と、
前記第2メインリレーを閉状態に切り替える第9処理と、
前記プリチャージリレーを開状態に切り替える第10処理と
を順に実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電源装置。 - 前記高圧補機の第1端子及び第2端子間の電圧を検出する電圧検出部を備え、
前記リレー制御部は、
前記第1処理の後であって、前記電圧検出部が検出した電圧が、前記低圧電源の出力電圧よりも低く定められた規定電圧以下になったときに、前記第2処理を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用電源装置。 - 操作されることにより前記切替モジュール群よりも負極側のバッテリモジュール群を含む閉回路を開回路に切り替えるサービスプラグを備え、
前記サービスプラグは、前記低圧切替要求がある場合において、前記操作により前記切替モジュール群を含む閉回路を開回路に切り替えるものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用電源装置。 - 前記サービスプラグは、
前記切替モジュール群よりも第2端子側のバッテリモジュール群における隣り合うバッテリモジュール間に設けられた第1断線部を電気的に接続する第1接続部と、
前記第1切替リレー及び前記低圧電源の負極端子の間に設けられた第2断線部を電気的に接続する第2接続部と、
導電性を有しない絶縁部とを備え、
前記サービスプラグが操作されることにより、前記第1断線部及び前記第2断線部の一方に前記絶縁部が位置するとともに、前記第1断線部及び前記第2断線部の他方に当該サービスプラグが位置しなくなる
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用電源装置。
