Claims (14)
- 反応器(6)と、熱交換器システムと、該熱交換器システムに供給される冷却流体を収容する循環槽(9)と、該温度制御流体の圧力を調節することができる第一シャットオフ継手(14)と、該温度制御流体の該温度をモニターし制御することができる第二シャットオフ継手(16)と、循環路内において該温度制御流体を該循環槽(9)から該熱交換器システムへと導き、該温度制御循環路内の温度制御流体の体積を調節することができるポンプ(12)とを含む、反応媒体中において発熱または吸熱反応を行うことができる反応器の温度を制御するための機器であって、
該熱交換器システムが、少なくとも1つの温度制御指(temperature control finger)を含み、
該温度制御指が、温度制御流体(1)を二重管に導入する内管(2)と、温度を制御される媒体に直接接触する外管(3)とからなる該二重管であって、該温度制御流体(1)のリターンフローが内管(2)と外管(3)との間の環状ギャップに存する、二重管であり、該二重管の該内管(2)が断熱されていることを特徴とし、ならびに
該温度制御指の該外管が該反応媒体と接触するように、該熱交換器システムが反応器内に入れられる、
機器。 - 前記熱交換器の前記二重管の前記内管(2)が、断熱材、とりわけ、プラスチックおよび/またはセラミック、による片面コーティングまたは両面コーティングによって、または断熱固体材料、とりわけ、プラスチックおよび/またはセラミック、による内管の構成によって、または該内側二重管の2つの管壁の間に密封された空洞が存在する二重管としての該内管の構成によって、形成される、請求項1記載の、反応器の温度を制御するための機器。
- 前記熱交換器の前記内側二重管の前記2つの管壁の間の前記空洞が、断熱ガスおよび/または断熱材料で満たされているか、または該空洞が真空である、請求項2記載の、反応器の温度を制御するための機器。
- 前記内部反応器温度を測定するための少なくとも2つの温度測定装置(17、18)を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の、反応器の温度を制御するための機器。
- 前記温度制御流体の前記温度が、内部反応器温度、好ましくは前記化学反応の大部分が進行する前記反応器内のポイントにおける該内部反応器温度、の関数として制御される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の、反応器の温度を制御するための機器。
- 前記温度制御流体の前記圧力が、前記反応器内の前記少なくとも2つの温度測定装置(17、18)における前記内部反応器温度の間の温度差(ΔT)の関数として制御される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の、反応器の温度を制御するための機器。
- 使用される前記冷却流体が、水、水溶液、とりわけ、塩水溶液、水ベースの混合物、とりわけ、1種または複数種のアルコールとの混合物、Marlotherm(登録商標)、または熱媒油である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の、反応器の温度を制御するための機器。
- 前記反応器が、気泡塔反応器、ジェットループ反応器、固定床反応器、またはトリクル床反応器である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載の、反応器の温度を制御するための機器。
- 前記発熱反応が、ヒドロホルミル化、ガス状モノマーの溶液重合、例えば、カルボン酸の製造などのための有機化合物の選択的酸化、C−CまたはC−X多重結合の水素化(この場合、X=OまたはNである)、フィッシャー−トロプシュ合成、スラリー相の場合、カルボニル化反応、ヒドロアミノメチル化反応、ヒドロシアン化、水素化、ヒドロシリル化、酸化、熱分解、水蒸気改質、脱水素化、脱水、オリゴマー化である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の、反応器の温度を制御するための機器。
- 前記熱交換器システムが、底部から、上部から、または側部から前記反応器内へと導かれ、それに応じて、該反応器のベースフランジ、トップフランジ、またはサイドフランジに接合され、好ましくは、上部から該反応器内へと導かれ、該トップフランジに接合される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載の、反応器の温度を制御するための機器。
- 発熱反応を行うことができる反応器の冷却のための、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の、反応器の温度を制御するための機器の使用。
- 反応器において発熱化学反応を行うための方法であって、反応の該熱が、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の、前記反応器の前記温度を制御するための機器によって除去され、前記熱交換器システムを通って流れる前記冷却流体が、沸騰せず、ならびに該反応器内の前記最も冷たいポイントと前記最も温かいポイントとの間の前記温度差が、13K未満である、方法。
- 前記発熱化学反応が、Co、Rh、Ru、Ir、Pd、またはFe触媒によるヒドロホルミル化である、請求項12記載の方法。
- 前記反応器内の前記最も冷たいポイントと前記最も温かいポイントとの間の前記温度差(反応の性能に対する)が、13K未満、好ましくは7.4K未満、より好ましくは5K未満である、請求項13記載の方法。
