Abstract
【解決手段】モータ走行モードからエンジン14を始動するときに、第2回転機MG2が走行用トルクに加えて出力する始動時補償トルクに用いることができる第2回転機MG2の余裕トルクが小さい場合には大きい場合と比べて、エンジン14の始動に伴って発生させられる始動時イナーシャトルクを小さくするようにエンジン14が始動されるので、第2回転機MG2の余裕トルクが小さいときは始動時イナーシャトルクによって生じさせられる駆動トルクの落ち込み分が小さくされる。これにより、第2回転機MG2の余裕トルクが小さいときでも駆動トルクの落ち込み分を補償することが可能となる。よって、エンジン14の始動過程で始動時補償トルクを第2回転機MG2により出力させる際に、始動ショックを適切に低減することができる。

Claims (15)
- 駆動輪に動力伝達可能に連結された機関及び回転機を備えたハイブリッド車両であって、
前記機関を停止した状態で前記回転機により駆動トルクを発生させて走行する走行状態から前記機関を始動するときに、走行用トルクに加えて、前記機関の始動過程で生じる前記駆動トルクの落ち込み分を補償する始動時補償トルクを前記回転機により出力させる電子制御装置を備え、
前記電子制御装置は、前記始動時補償トルクに用いることができる前記回転機の余裕トルクが小さい場合には大きい場合と比べて、前記駆動トルクの落ち込みを生じさせる、前記機関の始動に伴って発生させられる始動時イナーシャトルクを小さくするように前記機関を始動させることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 前記電子制御装置は、前記機関の始動開始から始動完了までの時間を長くすることで前記始動時イナーシャトルクを小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記電子制御装置は、前記機関の始動過程における前記機関の回転速度変化率を小さくすることで前記始動時イナーシャトルクを小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記電子制御装置は、前記機関の回転速度が所定の共振領域にあるときは前記所定の共振領域以外の領域にあるときと比べて、前記機関の回転速度変化率を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記機関と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速機を更に備えており、
前記電子制御装置は、前記変速機の変速比がロー側の変速比であるときはハイ側の変速比であるときと比べて、前記機関の回転速度変化率を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記電子制御装置は、車速が低いときは高いときと比べて、前記機関の回転速度変化率を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記電子制御装置は、前記機関を始動する頻度が多い所定の第1走行モードでの走行中は前記機関を始動する頻度が少ない所定の第2走行モードでの走行中と比べて、前記機関の回転速度変化率を小さくすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記電子制御装置は、前記機関の始動過程では、前記回転機の余裕トルクの変化に合わせて前記始動時イナーシャトルクを変化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記電子制御装置は、回転停止中の前記機関における所定の気筒を燃焼させて前記機関を回転させる着火始動により前記機関を始動させるものであり、
前記電子制御装置は、前記着火始動による前記機関の始動過程における前記機関の出力トルクの変化に合わせて前記始動時イナーシャトルクを変化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記機関の回転軸に連結されたダンパーを更に備えており、
前記電子制御装置は、前記機関の回転軸と前記ダンパーとの位相差に基づいて前記機関の出力トルクを検出することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記電子制御装置は、前記機関の回転速度変化率に基づいて前記機関の出力トルクを検出することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記機関が動力伝達可能に連結された差動機構と前記差動機構に動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転機とを有して前記第1回転機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式変速機構を更に備えており、
前記回転機は、前記電気式変速機構と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転機であり、
前記電子制御装置は、前記第1回転機により前記機関の回転速度を上昇させることで前記機関を始動させることを特徴とする請求項1から4及び6から8の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記機関が動力伝達可能に連結された差動機構と前記差動機構に動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転機とを有して前記第1回転機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式変速機構を更に備えており、
前記回転機は、前記電気式変速機構と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転機であり、
前記変速機は、前記電気式変速機構と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する機械式変速機構であり、
前記電子制御装置は、前記第1回転機により前記機関の回転速度を上昇させることで前記機関を始動させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記機関が動力伝達可能に連結された差動機構と前記差動機構に動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転機とを有して前記第1回転機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式変速機構を更に備えており、
前記回転機は、前記電気式変速機構と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転機であり、
前記電子制御装置は、前記第1回転機により前記機関の回転速度を上昇させることでも前記機関を始動させることができるものであり、
前記電子制御装置は、前記着火始動を主体として前記機関を始動させることで前記始動時イナーシャトルクを小さくすることを特徴とする請求項9から11の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記機関と前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路を接続したり切断したりするクラッチと、前記クラッチと前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速機とを更に備えており、
前記回転機は、前記クラッチと前記駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に動力伝達可能に連結されており、
前記電子制御装置は、解放された状態にある前記クラッチを係合に向けて制御することにより前記機関の回転速度を上昇させることで前記機関を始動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
