Claims (2)
- 作業台(1)、前記作業台(1)の上部に固定して設置される取り付け座(2)、前記取り付け座(2)を貫通する複数の回転軸(31)、切断片(3)及び搬送ローラー(5)とを備える省エネルギーLEDランプの加工装置において、前記作業台(1)に物料を搬送するための搬送台(18)が設置され、前記搬送台(18)にローラーが設置され、前記搬送台(18)の両側にそれぞれバイヤ部材(19)が設置され、前記バイヤ部材(19)にストリップ治具(4)がそれぞれ設置され、前記搬送台(18)にクランプ駆動装置が設置され、物料が前記クランプ駆動装置と当接する時に、前記クランプ駆動装置が前記ストリップ治具(4)に物料を押圧させ、前記クランプ駆動装置が、搬送台(18)に設置される第一作動室(15)、該第一作動室(15)から突き出、更に前記搬送台(18)の上表面に差し伸べる押圧部品(14)及び、前記押圧部品(14)が押圧された時に、前記ストリップ治具(4)を移動させる伝達部品を備え、前記伝達部品が、前記押圧部品(14)と伝動連接する第一歯車(151)、該第一歯車(151)と伝動連接する第二歯車(154)、該第二歯車(154)と伝動連接する可動部品(433)及び、該可動部品(433)とはまり合う連接部品(43)を備え、前記ストリップ治具(4)が前記連接部品(43)と連接して、前記バイヤ部材(19)に前記第一作動室(15)と連通する第二作動室が設置され、前記可動部品(433)の少なくとも一部が前記第二作動室に挿入して、前記押圧部品(14)に複数の第一歯(141)が等間隔に配置され、前記可動部品(433)に複数の第二歯(436)が等間隔に配置され、前記第二作動室の側壁に前記連接部品(43)とはまり合う傾斜表面(192)が設置され、前記可動部品(433)の頂部にT字型のスライダ(432)が設置され、前記連接部品(43)の底部に前記T字型のスライダ(432)とはまり合うT字型のスライドレールが設置され、前記連接部品(43)に第一スプリング(44)が連接され、前記押圧部品(14)に第二スプリング(144)が連接されることを特徴とする省エネルギーLEDランプの加工装置。
- 前記ストリップ治具(4)は、第一クランププレート(41)と第二クランププレート(42)を含み、前記第一クランププレート(41)に第一ローラー(411)が設置され、第二クランププレート(42)に第二ローラー(421)が設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の省エネルギーLEDランプの加工装置。
