Abstract
Description
AがAサイトの元素、BがBサイトの元素、Oが酸素元素をそれぞれ示す場合に、一般式がABO3 で表わされるペロブスカイト型化合物を主成分とする誘電体磁器組成物であって、
AはBaを含み、
AはさらにCaおよびSrから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含み、
BはTiを含み、
X線回折法から求められる焼結体格子体積が64.33Å3以下である。
図1は本実施形態に係る積層セラミックコンデンサ1の断面図である。
内層誘電体層2および外層領域11を構成する外層誘電体層の材質は、同じでも異なっていても良い。
本実施形態の積層セラミックコンデンサ1は、従来の積層セラミックコンデンサと同様に、ペーストを用いた通常の印刷法やシート法によりグリーンチップを作製し、これを焼成した後、外部電極を印刷または転写して焼成することにより製造される。以下、製造方法について具体的に説明する。
平均SEM粒径20nmであり、Ba/Tiのモル比が0.990であるチタン酸バリウム粉末を準備した。
3000個のコンデンサ試料に対して、125℃にて、12.6V/μmの電圧印加試験を3000時間行った後の故障率を測定した。
コンデンサ試料に対し、180℃にて、12.6V/μmの電界下で直流電圧の印加状態に保持し、寿命時間を測定することにより、高温負荷寿命を評価した。本実施例においては、印加開始から絶縁抵抗が一桁落ちるまでの時間を寿命と定義した。また、本実施例では、上記の評価を20個のコンデンサ試料について行い、その平均値を高温負荷寿命とした。
平均SEM粒径20nmであり、Ba/Tiのモル比が0.990であるチタン酸バリウム粉末を準備した。
Ba、Ca、Sr、TiおよびZr(Hfを含む)のモル比が表1に示す通りになるように、Caの原料、Srの原料およびZr(Hfを含む)の原料の添加量を変化させた以外は試料番号1と同様にしてコンデンサ試料を得て、母材格子体積および焼結体格子体積を求め、信頼性および高温負荷寿命を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
(Ba+Ca)/Tiのモル比が1.000になり、Ca/Tiのモル比が0.030となるように、炭酸バリウム原料、炭酸カルシウム原料および二酸化チタン原料を準備した。
平均SEM粒径20nmであり、Ba/Tiのモル比が0.970であるチタン酸バリウム粉末を準備した。

- AがAサイトの元素、BがBサイトの元素、Oが酸素元素をそれぞれ示す場合に、一般式がABO3 で表わされるペロブスカイト型化合物を主成分とする誘電体磁器組成物であって、
AはBaを含み、
AはさらにCaおよびSrから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含み、
BはTiを含み、
X線回折法から求められる焼結体格子体積が64.33Å3以下である誘電体磁器組成物。 - X線回折法から求められる焼結体格子体積が64.20Å3以下である請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- AはCaを含む請求項2に記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- X線回折法から求められる焼結体格子体積が63.55Å3以上である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体磁器組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の誘電体磁器組成物を有する電子部品。
- 内層誘電体層と、内部電極層とが交互に積層されているコンデンサ素子本体を有し、
