Claims (7)
- 車輪のナックルを揺動自在に支持するように設けられるとともに車両前後方向に延びるサイドメンバに揺動自在に支持されるように構成されたアッパーアームと、前記ナックルを揺動自在に支持するように設けられるとともに車幅方向に延びるサスクロスメンバに揺動自在に支持されるように構成されたロワアームと、該ロワアームと前記サイドメンバとの間に配設される衝撃吸収装置と、車幅方向に延在するように配置されて端部が前記ロワアームに配置されるリーフスプリングとを備えた、サスペンション装置であって、
前記ロワアームは、車幅方向内側に開口する開口部を有し、
前記リーフスプリングは前記開口部を通して前記ロワアーム内に延在し、前記リーフスプリングの前記端部は前記ロワアームの支持部に支持されていて、
前記ロワアームのカバー部は前記リーフスプリングの前記端部を離間して覆い、所定補強形状を有する、
サスペンション装置。 - 前記サスクロスメンバの主クロスメンバは、前記アッパーアーム及び前記衝撃吸収装置が非接続状態にあるブラケットを介して、前記サイドメンバの鉛直方向下側につながり、
前記リーフスプリングの中間部分は、前記サスクロスメンバの前記主クロスメンバ内に収容されている、
請求項1に記載のサスペンション装置。 - 前記ロワアームは、基部と該基部から二股に延在するアーム部とを備えるロワアーム本体部と、該ロワアーム本体部に取り付けられる前記カバー部とを備え、
前記ロワアーム本体部に前記カバー部が取り付けられることにより、前記開口部が前記ロワアームに区画形成され、
前記リーフスプリングは前記カバー部内面から離れている、
請求項1又は2に記載のサスペンション装置。 - 前記ロワアームにおいて、前記カバー部は、前記開口部において略アーチ形状を有する、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション装置。 - 前記カバー部の外面に、前記衝撃吸収装置の一端が接続されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション装置。
- 前記ブラケットはブラケット緩衝部を有し、前記カバー部の外面は前記ブラケット緩衝部が接触し得る部位を有する、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のサスペンション装置用のロワアーム。
