Claims (8)
- 溶接トーチと被加工物との間に交流電圧を印加する溶接電源装置であって、
前記被加工物が前記溶接トーチより高電位である正極性と、前記被加工物が前記溶接トーチより低電位である逆極性とを切り換えるインバータ回路と、
前記正極性から前記逆極性に切り換わるときに、前記インバータ回路の出力に再点弧電圧を印加する再点弧回路と、
前記再点弧回路を制御する制御回路と、
を備え、
前記再点弧回路は、
前記再点弧電圧を充電される再点弧コンデンサと、
前記再点弧コンデンサに前記再点弧電圧を充電する充電回路と、
前記再点弧コンデンサに充電された前記再点弧電圧を放電する放電回路と、
を備えており、
前記制御回路は、前記逆極性のときに前記充電回路に充電を開始させ、前記正極性になってから充電を終了させる、
ことを特徴とする溶接電源装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記正極性から前記逆極性に切り換ったときから所定時間経過後に、充電を開始させる、
請求項1に記載の溶接電源装置。 - 前記所定時間は、前記逆極性の期間の半分以下の時間である、
請求項2に記載の溶接電源装置。 - 前記インバータ回路から前記被加工物に流れる出力電流を、前記インバータ回路から前記被加工物に流れる向きを正として検出する電流センサをさらに備えており、
前記制御回路は、前記出力電流が負の所定電流以下になったときに、充電を開始させる、
請求項1に記載の溶接電源装置。 - 前記再点弧コンデンサの端子間電圧を検出する電圧センサをさらに備えており、
前記制御回路は、
充電を開始させた後、前記電圧センサが検出した前記端子間電圧が所定電圧になったときに、充電を中断させ、
前記逆極性から前記正極性に切り換わった後に、充電を再開させる、
請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の溶接電源装置。 - 前記制御回路は、前記逆極性から前記正極性に切り換わったときから第2の所定時間経過後に、充電を再開させる、
請求項5に記載の溶接電源装置。 - 前記インバータ回路から前記被加工物に流れる出力電流を、前記インバータ回路から前記被加工物に流れる向きを正として検出する電流センサをさらに備えており、
前記制御回路は、前記出力電流が正の第2の所定電流以上になったときに、充電を再開させる、
請求項5に記載の溶接電源装置。 - 前記溶接トーチは、非消耗電極式であり、
前記インバータ回路は、ハーフブリッジ回路を備えている、
請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の溶接電源装置。
