Claims (15)
- 生物体液採取装置であって、
試料導入開口部を有する第1の端部と、試料小出し口を有する第2の端部と、前記試料導入開口部と前記試料小出し口との間に延在する通路と、を含むハウジングと、
前記通路と流体連通している収容室と、
前記ハウジングの前記第1の端部を覆う閉鎖物と、
前記ハウジングの前記第2の端部を覆うキャップと、
前記収容室の少なくとも一部を画定し、前記収容室内に収容された試料を強制的に前記試料小出し口から出すようにした起動部材と、を含む採取用モジュールと、
開口端および閉口端を有する外側ハウジングと、を含み、
前記採取用モジュールは、前記外側ハウジングの内側に位置決めされ、前記閉鎖物が、該外側ハウジングの前記開口端を閉じる生物体液採取装置。 - 前記通路と流体連通している混合室をさらに備え、
前記試料導入開口部に導入された試料が、前記混合室を通過し、その後、前記収容室に入る請求項1に記載の生物体液採取装置。 - 前記混合室は、該混合室の内部の抗凝固剤または血液安定剤を含む請求項2に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記混合室が、連続気泡発泡体で満たされる請求項2に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記連続気泡発泡体は、スポンジ材料を含む請求項4に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記キャップは、空気が前記キャップを通過可能とされ、血液試料が前記キャップを通過するのを防止するようにした請求項1に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記キャップは、排気プラグを含み、前記排気プラグにより、空気が前記排気プラグを通過可能とされ、血液試料が前記排気プラグを通過するのを防止する請求項1に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記混合室は、前記収容室に送る前に前記試料導入開口部に導入された血液試料が前記混合室を通過するように、前記収容室よりも前記ハウジングの前記第1の端部の近くに位置決めされる請求項2に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジングの外部から前記通路まで延在して、前記通路と流体連通する前記ハウジング内の開口部を構築する凹部を画定する請求項1に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記起動部材は、前記凹部を少なくとも一部を包囲する弾性スリーブを含む請求項9に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記キャップが前記採取用モジュールから取り外された場合、前記ハウジング内の前記凹部に向かう内向きの圧力が、前記収容室内の前記血液試料を前記試料小出し口から強制的に出す請求項10に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記キャップは排気プラグを含み、前記排気プラグは、多孔質のプラグである請求項1に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記キャップは、光学的に透明な材料から作られたフランジを含む請求項1に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記フランジの外面は、前記排気プラグを拡大して見せるための凸状の外表面を含む請求項13に記載の生物体液採取装置。
- 前記閉鎖物は、ストッパを通過するルアーロック接続部を含む請求項1に記載の生物体液採取装置。
