Claims (20)
- 別体の脈管アクセスデバイスに係合可能な体液サンプリングデバイスであって、
内部を画成する体液リザーバを囲むハウジングと、
該ハウジングの一部分から延在し、前記別体の脈管アクセスデバイスと前記体液リザーバの前記内部との流体連通を確立するアクセスルーメンと、
前記ハウジングの一部分から延在する流出ルーメンであって、前記体液リザーバの前記内部と流体連通し、流体を受容するための第1端と、前記流体を排出するための第2端と、を有する流出ルーメンと、
該流出ルーメンの前記第2端を覆って取り外し可能に配置され、前記体液リザーバの前記内部と周囲環境との間を気体連通させる気体透過性の通気部を含む通気キャップと、
を具えた体液サンプリングデバイス。 - 前記アクセスルーメンを少なくとも一部で包囲するルアーロックをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の体液サンプリングデバイス。

- 前記流出ルーメンの前記第2端を覆って取り外し可能に配置される通気キャップをさらに具え、該通気キャップは、前記体液リザーバの前記内部と周囲環境との間を気体連通させる気体透過性の通気部を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の体液サンプリングおよび採取アセンブリ。
- 前記試料容器は真空排気された容器であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の体液サンプリングおよび採取アセンブリ。
- 前記アクセスルーメンと流体連通する別体の脈管アクセスデバイスをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の体液サンプリングおよび採取アセンブリ。
- 前記別体の脈管アクセスデバイスと前記体液サンプリングデバイスとを接続するアダプタをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の体液サンプリングおよび採取アセンブリ。
- 前記アダプタは、
ハウジングと、
流出ポートを有する前記ハウジングに囲まれた主ルーメンと、
該主ルーメンから延在し且つ流体連通する側部ルーメンを含む側部ポートと、
前記主ルーメンを通る流体の流れが許容され、前記側部ルーメンを通る流体の流れが阻止される第1位置から、前記主ルーメンおよび前記側部ルーメンを通る流体の流れが許容される第2位置まで遷移可能な弁と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の体液サンプリングおよび採取アセンブリ。 - 前記弁は、前記側部ポートを介した前記側部ルーメンへの管状部材の挿入によって、前記第1位置から前記第2位置に遷移することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の体液サンプリングおよび採取アセンブリ。
- 内部を画成する体液リザーバを囲むハウジングと、
該ハウジングの一部分から延在し、別体の脈管アクセスデバイスと前記体液リザーバの前記内部との流体連通を確立するアクセスルーメンと、
前記ハウジングの一部分から延在し、前記体液リザーバの前記内部との流体連通が提供される第1端および第2端を有する流出ルーメンと、
を含む体液サンプリングデバイス、および、
試料容器の内部にアクセスし、前記体液リザーバと前記試料容器の内部との流体連通を確立することで、それらの間の流体の流れを許容するアダプタと、
該アダプタに係合し、その内部に位置付けられる流量制限器であって、前記体液リザーバと前記試料容器の前記内部との流体連通を許容する開放位置から、前記体液リザーバが前記試料容器の前記内部から流体絶縁される閉鎖位置まで遷移可能な流量制限器と、
