Abstract
Description
先ず、図10に2点鎖線で示すように、ドアラッチ側エンドキャップ44を中央柱部44aの長径方向が車両前後方向に向く状態にセットして、ドアラッチ側エンドキャップ44を車両後方から前方に向けてケーブル保持部25に差し込む。この場合、中央柱部44aは挟持部25a、係合フランジ44bは溝部25b、また回転フック44c、44cは両係合突部25c、25c間にそれぞれは嵌り込むようにして行われる。
図6(a)は、第1実施例におけるアウトサイドハンドル3の非操作時における要部の縦断面図、図6(b)は、同じくアウトサイドハンドル3の操作時における要部の縦断面図を示す。

Claims (4)
- ドアに設けられるハンドルベースに支持される操作ハンドルと、
前記ドアを閉鎖状態に保持するためのドアラッチ機構と、
一端が前記ハンドルベースに固定され、他端が前記ドアラッチ機構に固定されるアウターケーブル及び当該アウターケーブルに挿通され、一端が前記操作ハンドルに連結され、他端が前記ドアラッチ機構のリリースレバーに連結されるインナーケーブルを有するボーデンケーブルと、
前記アウターケーブルの一端から延出する前記インナーケーブルをその移動方向に沿って延伸して被う円筒状の被い部を有する弾性キャップを備えることを特徴とする車両用ドアラッチ装置。 - 前記弾性キャップの被い部を前記インナーケーブルの移動方向へ伸縮自在な蛇腹形状とし、
前記インナーケーブルを前記被い部の出口に接着したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用ドアラッチ装置。 - 前記弾性キャップ内にグリスを充填したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両用ドアラッチ装置。
- 前記ドアラッチ機構は、前記アウターケーブルの他端を固定するケーブル保持部を有し、
前記ケーブル保持部は、前記ボーデンケーブルの軸方向及び軸回りに係合した状態で、前記アウターケーブルの他端を固定することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の車両用ドアラッチ装置。
