Abstract
Description
a)該ポリオール成分の重量に基づいて、少なくとも35重量パーセントの、400〜2000のヒドロキシル当量及び2〜4の公称ヒドロキシル官能価を有する1つ以上のポリオールと、
b)a)の1当量当たり2.5〜6当量の1つ以上の脂肪族ジオール鎖延長剤と、
c)成分a)の100重量部当たり0.05〜0.15重量部の1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒と、
d)該ポリオール成分の重量に基づいて、0〜60重量%の少なくとも1つの粒子状充填剤と、を含み、該ポリオール成分は、第1級及び/または第2級アミノ基を有する化合物を欠いており、
以下の実施例は、本発明を説明するために提供されるが、その範囲を限定することを意図するものではない。全ての部及び割合は、別段の指示がない限り、重量によるものである。以下の実施例では、
実施例1〜6ならびに比較試料A及びBに使用されるポリオール成分は、表1に示されるとおりの原料をブレンドすることによって作製される。各ケースにおいて、ポリオール及びポリイソシアネート成分は別々にカートリッジに包装される。
Claims (17)
- ポリオール成分及びイソシアネート成分を有する2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物であって、
前記ポリオール成分は、
a)前記ポリオール成分の重量に基づいて、少なくとも35重量パーセントの、400〜2000のヒドロキシル当量及び2〜4の公称ヒドロキシル官能価を有する1つ以上のポリオールと、
b)a)の1当量当たり2.5〜6当量の1つ以上の脂肪族ジオール鎖延長剤と、
c)成分a)の100重量部当たり0.05〜0.15重量部の1つ以上の1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒と、
d)前記ポリオール成分の重量に基づいて、0〜60重量%の少なくとも1つの粒子状充填剤と、を含み、前記ポリオール成分は、第1級及び/または第2級アミノ基を有する化合物を欠いており、
前記ポリイソシアネート成分は、
少なくとも50重量%の1つ以上の有機ポリイソシアネート化合物と、
0〜50重量%の少なくとも1つの粒子状充填剤と、を含み、
前記ポリイソシアネート成分の前記イソシアネート当量、及び前記ポリオール成分の前記ヒドロキシル当量は、前記ポリイソシアネート成分及び前記ポリオール成分が1:1の体積比で混合されるとき、イソシアネートインデックスが、1.1〜1.8であるようなものであり、
更に前記ポリオール成分または前記ポリイソシアネート成分は、酸ブロック環状アミジン触媒を含み、前記酸ブロックアミジン触媒が前記ポリオール成分中に存在する場合、前記酸ブロックアミジン触媒は、100重量部の成分a)当たり0.10〜0.25重量部の量で存在し、前記酸ブロックアミジン触媒及び前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒を合わせた重量は、成分a)の100重量部当たり最大0.31重量部であり、前記酸ブロックアミジン触媒は、前記ポリイソシアネート成分中に存在する場合、前記ポリイソシアネート成分の100重量部当たり0.10〜0.35重量部の量で存在する、2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。 - 前記ポリオール成分が、成分a)の100重量部当たり0.06〜0.12重量部の前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒を含有する、請求項1に記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記酸ブロックアミジン触媒が、前記ポリオール成分中に存在し、成分a)の100重量部当たり0.10〜0.22重量部の量で存在する、請求項1または2に記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記酸ブロックアミジン触媒が、前記ポリイソシアネート成分中に存在し、成分a)の100重量部当たり0.10〜0.25重量部の量で存在する、請求項1または2に記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記酸ブロックアミジン触媒は、酸ブロック1,8−ジアザビシクロウンデカ−7−エンまたは1,5−ジアザビシクロ[4.3.0]ノナ−5−エンである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記酸ブロックアミジン触媒が、フェノール、置換フェノール、1〜24個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族カルボン酸、またはそれらのうち2つ以上の混合物でブロックされている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記粒子状充填剤が、前記ポリオール成分の重量の25〜60%を構成する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記粒子状充填剤が、前記ポリイソシアネート成分の重量の20〜50%を構成する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネート成分が、脂肪族イソシアネート及び芳香族イソシアネートの両方を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物。
- 前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒は、スズ、亜鉛、またはビスマスを含有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒は、亜鉛アルカノエート、ビスマスアルカノエート、ジアルキルスズアルカノエート、ジアルキルスズメルカプチド、ジアルキルスズビス(アルキルメルカプトアセテート)、ジアルキルスズチオグリコレート、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒は、ジアルキルスズメルカプチド、ジアルキルスズビス(アルキルメルカプトアセテート)、ジアルキルスズチオグリコレート、またはこれらの混合物である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記1つ以上の潜在性室温有機金属触媒は、ジアルキルスズチオグリコレートである、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤組成物の前記成分を混合して接着剤混合物を形成し、前記混合した接着剤を硬化させることによって形成される、硬化した接着剤。
- 2つの基材を結合させる方法であって、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の2成分型ポリウレタン接着剤の前記成分を合わせて、接着剤混合物を形成することと、2つの基材の間の結合線において前記接着剤混合物の層を形成して、アセンブリを形成することと、前記結合線において前記層を硬化させて、前記基材の各々に結合された硬化した接着剤を形成することと、を含む、方法。
- 前記硬化工程が、前記アセンブリに赤外線を適用することによって少なくとも部分的に実施される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化は、前記アセンブリに赤外線を適用することによって前記結合線において前記接着剤層を部分的に硬化させ、続いて別個の硬化工程において前記接着剤層の前記硬化を完了することによって実施される、請求項16に記載の方法。
