Claims (10)
- ステアリング装置(1)のステアリングシャフト(3)または該ステアリングシャフト(3)と共に回転するように結合されたシャフト部分を支持するための軸受ユニットであって、
前記軸受ユニット(8)の軸受ケーシング(9)は、2つのケーシング部分を有し、前記軸受ケーシング(9)内には、軸受が収容された緩衝ディスク(12)が配置されており、該緩衝ディスク(12)は、その周面でもって半径方向で前記軸受ケーシング(9)の所定のケーシング部分のケーシング内壁に支持されており、別のケーシング部分が、軸方向において前記緩衝ディスク(12)に支持されていることを特徴とする、軸受ユニット。 - 前記別のケーシング部分は、軸方向においてばね部材(16)を介して前記緩衝ディスク(12)に支持されている、請求項1記載の軸受ユニット。
- 前記緩衝ディスク(12)は、より硬い材料から成る内側ディスク(13)と、前記軸受ケーシングの内側に支持された、より軟らかな材料から成る外側リング(14)とを有する、請求項1または2記載の軸受ユニット。
- 前記緩衝ディスク(12)は、2成分ディスクとして形成されている、請求項3記載の軸受ユニット。
- 前記ばね部材(16)は、前記緩衝ディスク(12)の、より硬い材料から成る前記内側ディスク(13)に支持されている、請求項2を引用する請求項3または4記載の軸受ユニット。
- 前記緩衝ディスク(12)内の前記軸受は、自由側軸受として形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の軸受ユニット。
- 第1の前記軸受に対して軸方向間隔をあけて、前記軸受ケーシング(9)内に第2の軸受が組み込まれている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の軸受ユニット。
- 前記第2の軸受は、固定側軸受(11)として形成されている、請求項7記載の軸受ユニット。
- 軸方向において、前記緩衝ディスク(12)と前記第2の軸受との間には、前記ステアリングシャフト(3)もしくは前記シャフト部分と固く結合されたはすば歯車(15)が配置されており、該はすば歯車(15)を介してサーボユニットのモーメントを、前記シャフト部分に伝達することができるようになっている、請求項7または8記載の軸受ユニット。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の軸受ユニット(8)を備えた車両用ステアリング装置。
