Claims (5)
- ステアリング装置(1)のステアリングシャフト(3)または該ステアリングシャフト(3)と共に回転するように結合されたシャフト部分を支持するように構成されている軸受ユニット(8)であって、
前記軸受ユニット(8)は、
2つのケーシング部分を有している軸受ケーシング(9)であって、前記2つのケーシング部分は、鉢形の第1のケーシング部分(9a)と、当該鉢形の第1のケーシング部分(9a)の開放している側の端面に載置されている第2のケーシング部分(9b)とで構成されている、軸受ケーシング(9)と、
前記軸受ケーシング(9)内に収容され、前記ステアリングシャフト(3)または該ステアリングシャフト(3)と共に回転するように結合されたシャフト部分を支持する自由側軸受(10)及び固定側軸受(11)であって、前記固定側軸受(11)は、前記第1のケーシング部分(9a)の底部に載置されており、前記自由側軸受(10)は、前記固定側軸受(11)に対して軸方向に間隔を空けて配置されている、自由側軸受(10)及び固定側軸受(11)と、
前記自由側軸受(10)と前記固定側軸受(11)との間に、軸方向において前記自由側軸受(10)及び前記固定側軸受(11)の両方に支持されるように配置されており、かつ、前記ステアリングシャフト(3)または該ステアリングシャフト(3)と共に回転するように結合されたシャフト部分と相対回動不能に結合されている、はすば歯車(15)と
前記軸受ケーシング(9)内に、前記自由側軸受(10)を収容するように配置された緩衝ディスク(12)であって、前記緩衝ディスク(12)は、内側ディスク(13)と、当該内側ディスク(13)の周面に一体的に形成されている緩衝用外側リング(14)とを有している、緩衝ディスク(12)と

前記軸受ユニット(8)は、ばね部材(16)をさらに備えており、前記ばね部材(16)は、前記緩衝ディスク(12)が、前記ばね部材(16)を介して、前記第2のケーシング部分(9b)を軸方向に支持するように、前記緩衝ディスク(12)上に配置されており、
前記第1のケーシング部分(9a)の内壁が前記緩衝ディスク(12)の前記緩衝用外側リング(14)に直接当接している、軸受ユニット。 - 前記内側ディスク(13)は、前記緩衝用外側リング(14)を構成する材料よりも硬い材料から構成されている、請求項1記載の軸受ユニット。
- 前記緩衝ディスク(12)は、2成分ディスクとして形成されている、請求項2記載の軸受ユニット。
- 前記はすば歯車は、サーボユニットのモーメントを、前記ステアリングシャフト(3)または前記シャフト部分に伝達するように構成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の軸受ユニット。
