Abstract
このための本発明によるベーンポンプは、アウターカムリングとロータとの間に形成されたロータリーチャンバの一側に流入された作動流体が、前記ロータリーチャンバの他側に排出されるように構成されたベーンポンプにおいて、前記作動流体が前記ロータリーチャンバに流入される側に対応する前記アウターカムリングの対応部分には、前記アウターカムリングの円周方向に沿って延びる貫通スリットが形成されている。

Claims (8)
- アウターカムリングとロータとの間に形成されたロータリーチャンバの一側に流入された作動流体が、前記ロータリーチャンバの他側に排出されるように構成されたベーンポンプにおいて、
前記作動流体が前記ロータリーチャンバに流入される側に対応する前記アウターカムリングの対応部分には、前記アウターカムリングの円周方向に沿って延びる貫通スリットが形成されたことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。 - 前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの上段部は、前記アウターカムリングの残りの上段部と同一の高さとなるように形成され、前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの下段部は、前記アウターカムリングの残りの下段部と同一の高さとなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの上段部の内側と下段部の内側は、面取り処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの上段部の形成厚さと、前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの下段部の厚さとが同一の厚さに形成され、前記貫通スリットの形成幅は、前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの上段部または下段部の厚さの少なくとも2倍の長さに形成され、前記貫通スリットが矩形状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記貫通スリットの形成高さは、前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの上段部または下段部の厚さの2.5倍〜3倍の長さに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの上段部の形成厚さと、前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの下段部の厚さが、作動流体の移動方向の反対方向に沿って徐々に厚くなるように形成され、これに対応して前記貫通スリットの形成幅が徐々に広くなるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの上段部と、前記貫通スリットが形成された前記アウターカムリングの下段部とは、互いに上下対称になるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記貫通スリットは、前記作動流体が前記ロータリーチャンバに流入される側に前記ロータリーチャンバと連通されるように構成された吸入ポートの作動流体の移動方向の反対方向側に対応する端部まで延設されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
