Claims (15)
- 射出成形による多層物品の生産方法であって、前記生産に用いられるプラスチック材料が、フレーム(1)、底部スタンプ(2)、及びカバー部(8)から形成された金型キャビティ内に、少なくとも2つの射出ダクト(9,10)を介して導入される方法において、
前記フレーム(1)上に取り付けられたクランプ装置(7)によって、フィルム(6)が前記金型キャビティの上に張り渡され、第1の層(4)が第1の下部射出ダクト(10)を介して前記フィルム(6)の下に射出され、その直後に、第2の層(5)が第2の射出ダクト(9)を介して前記フィルム(6)の上に射出され、それにより、前記第2の層(5)が、前記フィルム(6)によって、その下に存在する前記第1の層(4)に結合されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記第1の層(4)が、前記フィルム(6)の下の前記キャビティ内のすでに射出又は挿入された活性化層(3)の上に直接、射出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 高さを調節可能な単一の射出ユニットを用いて、前記第1の射出ダクト(10)及び前記第2の射出ダクト(9)の両方に前記プラスチック材料を射出することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 互いに隣接して配置された2つの厳密に位置合わせされた射出ユニットを用いて、前記射出ダクト(10、9)内に前記プラスチック材料を射出することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルム(6)の上に前記第2の層(5)を射出するための空間が、前記カバー部(8)の下に流動剤によって生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記カバー部(8)が短ストロークによって前記キャビティ内に入れられ、それによって、前記フィルム(6)を下方に引っ張り、その後、前記第1の層(4)が射出され、前記フィルム(6)が前記第1の層と結合し、前記カバー部(8)がその正常位置に上昇した後、前記フィルム(6)の上に前記第2の層(5)を射出するために、空間(12)が生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記クランプ装置(7)が前記フレーム(1)上に配置された2つの部品からなり、該部品が、前記フィルム(6)を適所にクランプするために、前記フレームの上部に折り畳まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記クランプ装置(7)が、カバー部(8)の外側に配置された要素からなり、該要素が、前記金型キャビティを閉じると、前記フィルム(6)を適所にクランプするために、前記カバー部(8)と一緒に前記フレームの上部に降ろされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多層物品が、靴型に取り付けられたシューアッパーに成形されたソールであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フレーム(1)、底部スタンプ(2)、及びカバー部(8)から形成された金型キャビティを有し、該金型キャビティを、少なくとも1つの射出ユニットによって、一方を他方の上に配置した2つの射出ダクト(9、10)を介して満たすことができる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行うための装置であって、前記フレーム(1)の上に前記金型キャビティを取り囲むクランプ装置(7)が設けられており、それによって、前記金型キャビティに張り渡されたフィルム(6)を固定することができることを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記クランプ装置(7)が2つの部品からなるように設計されており、各部品が、ヒンジを介して折り畳み可能になるように前記フレームの上部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記金型キャビティが前記カバー部(8)によって閉じられると、前記フィルム(6)を適所にクランプするための前記クランプ装置(7)が前記フレームの上部に同時に載るように、前記クランプ装置(7)が前記カバー部(8)と相互作用することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記フレーム(1)が、ともに移動して前記金型キャビティを形成することができる2つの側部金型セグメントからなり、前記カバー部(8)が、上にシューアッパー(11)が取り付けられた靴型によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記2つの射出ダクト(9、10)を、1つの同一の射出ユニットによって満たすことができることを特徴とする、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記カバー部(8)が、前記金型キャビティ内に短ストロークを行うように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
