- the decorative sheet alignment mark 19 has a continuous belt-like configuration. Further, a transparent region 21 is provided at a position corresponding to the pattern 12 in the alignment mark 19 that is continuous in a belt shape. The said transparent area
- region 21 functions as an opening part for performing position alignment of the feeding direction of a decorating sheet.
- the transparent area 21 needs to be configured larger than the detection area of the longitudinal sensor 83. For this reason, the width dimension G of the alignment mark 19 becomes large.
- the width dimension G of the alignment mark 19 becomes large.
- the alignment mark 19 does not pass over the width direction sensors 82a and 82b, and the timing at which the output signal from the width direction sensors 82a and 82b switches from the signal indicating the transmission state to the signal indicating the non-transmission state is ensured. Can be detected. Thereby, the precision of the alignment of the width direction of a decorating sheet can be improved.
- FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the configuration of alignment marks and various sensors provided on the decorative sheet according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 7 has shown the state which alignment of the longitudinal direction and width direction of the decorating sheet was completed.
- the third embodiment mainly includes a configuration of alignment marks provided on the decorative sheet, a longitudinal sensor provided on the simultaneous molding and decorating device, and two upper and lower width directions. The sensor configuration is different.
- the alignment mark 20 provided on the decorative sheet according to the third embodiment has a continuous belt-like configuration. Further, the alignment mark 20 that is continuous in a strip shape is provided with a notch 22 at a position corresponding to the pattern 12. The notch 22 functions as an opening for aligning the decorative sheet in the feeding direction.
- the width sensor (only the upper width sensor 182a is shown in FIG. 7 and the lower width sensor is omitted) and the longitudinal sensor 183 include a line sensor.
- a laser line sensor is used.
- the width direction sensor 182a is arrange
- the longitudinal direction sensor 183 is arrange
- the light receiving width M of the laser line sensor used for the longitudinal sensor 183 is configured to be larger than the longitudinal dimension N of the notch 22.
- the laser line sensor includes a light emitting part and a light receiving part, which are embedded in a mold so as to face each other with a decorative sheet interposed therebetween.
- the shielding rate at which the alignment mark 20 shields the laser line sensor can be obtained as an output signal.
- the decorative sheet can be aligned in the width direction and the longitudinal direction at the same time, and the decorative sheet can be aligned quickly and accurately.
- FIG. 8A shows a graph showing a change in the shielding ratio of the longitudinal sensor with respect to the feeding amount of the decorative sheet, and a diagram showing a positional relationship between the longitudinal sensor and the notch.
- the lower end portion 183a of the longitudinal direction sensor 183 and the lower end portion 22a of the cutout portion substantially coincide with each other.
- the upper portion of the longitudinal sensor 183 is located so as to exceed the notch 22-1. That is, the upper portion of the longitudinal sensor 183 is positioned so as to be covered with the alignment mark 20.
- the shielding ratio at this time is a ratio at which the upper portion of the longitudinal sensor 183 is shielded, and is a predetermined value C (%).
- the area of the longitudinal sensor 183 covered with the alignment mark 20 Increases and the shielding rate increases. If the cutout portion 22-1 moves beyond the lower end portion 183a of the longitudinal sensor 183 at the timing when the decorative sheet feed amount reaches t1, the shielding rate of the longitudinal sensor 183 becomes 100%.
- the longitudinal sensor 183 When the decorative sheet is further fed from this state, the longitudinal sensor 183 and the cutout portion 22-2 overlap. The overlapping area of the longitudinal sensor 183 is in a transmissive state. The shielding rate of the longitudinal direction sensor 183 decreases as the feeding amount of the decorative sheet increases.
- the decorative sheet is further fed, and the upper end portion of the notch portion 22-2 and the upper end portion of the longitudinal sensor 183 coincide with each other when the feeding amount of the decorative sheet reaches t3.
- the longitudinal sensor 183 located in the region of the notch 22-2 in the longitudinal width N is in the transmissive state, and the shielding rate of the longitudinal sensor 183 becomes the predetermined value C.
- the lower end portion of the longitudinal sensor 183 coincides with the lower end portion of the notch portion 22-2.
- the shielding rate of the longitudinal sensor 183 remains at the predetermined value C until the decorative sheet feed amount changes from t3 to t4.
- the alignment of the decorative sheet in the longitudinal direction is completed.
- FIG. 8B is a graph showing a change in the shielding ratio of the width direction sensor with respect to the feeding amount of the decorative sheet.
- the shielding rate of the width direction sensor 182a when the alignment of the decorative sheet in the width direction is completed is set to a predetermined value (50%). Therefore, when the decorative sheet is moved in the feeding direction, the output signals from the width direction sensor 182a are feedback-controlled, and the positions of the upstream frame 60a and the downstream frame 60b are always maintained at a predetermined value (50%). Take control. For example, when the decorative sheet is positioned on the right side of the state shown in FIG.
- the shielding rate of the width direction sensor 182a is larger than a predetermined value (50%).
- the position control may be performed so that the upstream frame 60a and the downstream frame 60b are moved in the left direction.
- the upper width direction sensor 182a is used for movement control of the upstream frame 60a
- the lower width direction sensor (not shown) is used for movement control of the downstream frame 60b.
- the section where the feeding amount of the decorative sheet is from t1 to t2 corresponds to a period in which the notch 22 passes over the width direction sensor 182a. Therefore, the shielding rate of the width direction sensor 182a is low.
- the decorative sheet is aligned in the width direction while the decorative sheet is being fed in the longitudinal direction. be able to. That is, the longitudinal alignment and the width alignment of the decorative sheet can be performed simultaneously. Thereby, alignment of a decorating sheet can be performed rapidly.
- the position adjustment of the decorative sheet can be finely adjusted by changing the predetermined value of the concealment rate of the longitudinal sensor 183.
- the predetermined value of the shielding ratio larger than 50%, the target position for the alignment in the width direction can be moved to the right in FIG. Therefore, it is possible to improve the alignment accuracy only by adjusting the predetermined value of the concealment rate of the longitudinal sensor 183 without adjusting the attachment position of the longitudinal sensor 183. That is, the alignment accuracy can be improved not by hardware adjustment but by software adjustment.
- the alignment mark 20 formed in a single band shape is used to align and feed the decorating sheet in the width direction.
- Directional alignment can be performed simultaneously.
- the dimension of the width direction of a decorating sheet can be made small.
- the mold can be reduced in size by attaching the width direction sensor 182a and the longitudinal direction sensor 183 to the mold corresponding to the alignment mark 20 of the decorative sheet.
- the notch 22 corresponding to the pattern 12 is painted in advance (the alignment marks 20 are continuous), so that the pattern 12 is not used for simultaneous molding decoration. Can be skipped.
