Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于以注射成型工艺制造多层制品的方法,在该方法中,为制造所使用的塑料材料通过至少两个注射通道被引入到由框架、底部模具和盖件形成的模腔中。
本发明还涉及一种用于实施该方法的装置。
下面将示例性地将本发明描述为用于制造鞋部件、特别是鞋底的方法或装置,尽管待制造的制品不限于此。
背景技术
对于鞋或鞋底制造者来说,机器和注射机构的优化的周期时间在生产过程中是至关重要的,以尽可能地制造多的件数。但是,如果由于所需的物理或视觉特性,如鞋底的强度或颜色,必须生产多层鞋底,则由于使用的材料和与此相关的化学反应时间(每次注射过程之间必须满足这些反应时间以获得高品质的鞋或鞋底),每层都会使周期时间增加多倍。
发明内容
因此,发明的任务在于,开发一种上述类型的方法,该方法使得能够在不考虑可能的反应时间并且不需要中间开模的情况下直接彼此相继地注射多层制品的两个层。
根据权利要求1的特征部分,本发明解决了所述任务,其方案是,通过放置在框架上的夹紧装置将膜撑开到模腔上,通过下注射通道将第一层注射到膜下面,之后直接通过第二注射通道将第二层注射到膜上方,由此,该层借助膜与处于下面的层连接。
这样,膜将两个层分离,使得不同材料的不同反应时间不起作用,但另一方面膜又将这两个层不可分离地相互连接。
尤其在通过该方法制造鞋的鞋底的示例中,根据权利要求2可以设置为,第一层在膜的下方直接注射到已经注射或置入到模腔中的活化层上,该层在具体情况下可以是外底。位于这上面的层则是中底,注射到膜上方的层在本例子中则是内底,该内底正如其名称所述使完整的鞋底组件与鞋帮连接成成品鞋。
根据权利要求3设置为,可以使用同一注射机构既用于将塑料材料注射到第一注射通道中、也用于将其注射到第二注射通道中。这些注射通道在竖直方向上相互叠置地布置,注射机构相应地可竖直移动。
替换地,根据权利要求4当然也可以设置为,两个刚性定向的、并排布置的机构分别负责对应的层。
为了制造第二层,在本例中为内底,根据权利要求5设置为,借助于流动辅助装置在盖件下方产生用于将第二层注射到膜上方的空间。
在根据权利要求6的变型中设置为,替代将流动辅助装置置入到膜上,使盖件通过短行程伸入到模腔中,此时膜被向下张紧,之后注射第一层并且膜与该第一层连接,在盖件提升到其正常位置之后,产生用于将第二层注射到膜上方的空间。
因此,在本例中,用鞋帮罩上的鞋楦通过短行程下降到模腔中,在膜被张紧或者说注射中底之后,通过将鞋楦提升到初始位置而产生一个空间,用于注射内底。
在根据权利要求7的优选实施方式中,夹紧装置由布置在框架上的两个部分组成,所述两个部分为了将膜夹紧而向下翻转到框架上侧面上。夹紧装置的这些部分在此为了手动关闭和打开而通过翻转铰链直接固定到对应的模具侧部件上。
替换地,根据权利要求8,夹紧装置可以由布置在盖件上的元件组成,当模腔闭合时,这些元件为了夹紧膜而与盖件一起向下移动到框架上侧面上。
在本示例中,夹紧装置的所述部分在鞋楦夹持器旁边刚性地固定到生产设备上,使得夹紧装置的放置到侧部模具件上的这些部分可以直接与鞋楦一起朝向模腔方向移动下来。
本发明还涉及一种用于实施该方法的装置,该装置具有由框架、底部模具和盖件形成的模腔,该模腔能够通过两个上下叠置地布置的注射通道借助一个注射机构来加载,其中,设置有夹紧装置,该夹紧装置在框架上方围绕模腔并且通过该夹紧装置能够固定撑开到模腔上方的膜。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了注塑模具,它包括框架1以及底部模具2,框架1由两个侧面模具部分组成,这两个侧面模具部分一起移动以形成模腔。在本例中示出了鞋的鞋底的三层结构,其中,该鞋底由先前已经置入到模腔中的外底3以及由中底4和内底5组成。夹紧装置7放置在框架1上,由此,膜6被牢固夹持,该膜在模腔上方被撑开。中底4通过下注射通道10注射到外底3上和膜6下。内底5向上由用鞋帮罩上的鞋楦8限界并且向下由膜6限界,该内底通过上注射通道9被注射。

Claims (15)
1.用于以注射成型工艺制造多层制品的方法,在该方法中,将为制造所使用的塑料材料经由至少两个注射通道(9,10)引入到由框架(1)、底部模具(2)和盖件(8)形成的模腔中,
其特征在于,借助放置在框架(1)上的夹紧装置(7)将膜(6)张紧到模腔上方,通过下注射通道(10)将第一层(4)注射到膜(6)下面,然后紧接着通过第二注射通道(9)将第二层(5)注射到膜(6)上面,由此使第二层(5)借助膜(6)与处于下面的第一层(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一层(4)在膜(6)的下方被直接注射到已经注射或置入到模腔中的、活化的层(3)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,使用唯一一个高度可调节的注射机构,既用于向第一注射通道(10)中也用于向第二注射通道(9)中注射塑料材料。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,使用两个并排布置的、刚性定向的注射机构,用于将塑料材料注射到所述注射通道(10,9)中。
5.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的方法,其特征在于,借助流动辅助装置在所述盖件(8)下方产生用于将所述第二层(5)注射到所述膜(6)上方的空间。
6.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述盖件(8)通过短行程伸入到模腔中,此时膜(6)向下张紧,之后注射第一层(4)并且膜(6)与该第一层连接,在盖件(8)提升到其正常位置之后产生用于将第二层(5)注射到膜(6)上方的空间(12)。
7.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述夹紧装置(7)由布置在框架(1)上的两个部分组成,所述两个部分为了夹紧膜(6)而向下翻转到框架上侧面上。
8.根据权利要求1至6之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述夹紧装置(7)由布置在所述盖件(8)外侧上的元件组成,所述元件为了夹紧膜(6)而在闭合所述模腔时与盖件(8)一起向下移动到框架上侧面上。
9.根据权利要求1至8之一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多层制品是注射成型到罩在鞋楦上的鞋帮上的鞋底。
10.用于实施根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法的装置,该装置包括由框架(1)、底部模具(2)和盖件(8)形成的模腔,所述模腔能够通过两个上下叠置地布置的注射通道(9,10)借助至少一个注射机构来加载,其特征在于,设置有夹紧装置(7),该夹紧装置在框架(1)上方围绕所述模腔并且通过该夹紧装置能够使撑开到所述模腔上方的所述膜(6)固定。
