Claims (12)
- 容器(1)の耐火性内張り(4)に、又は機構に嵌合する冶金容器の耐火性スリーブを修理する方法であって、前記修理を、鋳造流路(7)に挿入できるモルタルディスペンサ(9)を用いて、前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)を通してモルタルを、外側に、前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)とハウジング(6)の摩耗した内壁(6’)との間に形成された空洞(14)へと搬送して、スリーブ(6)の内壁(6’)に前記モルタルを塗布することによって実行することを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記モルタルを前記スリーブ(6)の前記内壁(6’)に塗布する際に、前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)を、前記モルタル塊を、前記スリーブの前記内壁及びこの形成された前記空洞(14)に、遠心力を発生させて搬送又は噴射するような回転速度で回転させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブ(6)に挿入した状態で、前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)は、前記モルタルの塗布中に噴射した後一定時間、前記鋳造流路内で同軸で回転することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- モルタル硬化プロセスが始まった後でも、前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)を、前記モルタルの組成に応じて特定時間前記スリーブ内で回転させることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 回転する前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)を前記鋳造流路から取外す際に、流路壁に噴射した前記モルタル塊を、前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)によって螺旋状に払拭することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)の回転速度は、前記モルタルの組成及び前記流路壁の構造及び組成に応じて設定できることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記モルタルを、好適には300℃以上のスリーブ温度で、前記スリーブ(6)に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- スライド閉止部(20)を取鍋注口に隣接させた状態で鋳造用取鍋(10)の前記内側スリーブ(6)を修理するために、前記内側スリーブ(6)を、鋳造施設のメンテナンスステーションでロボットによって自動的に保持し、前記モルタルを、前記メンテナンスステーションで前記スライド閉止部(20)のメンテナンス中に、前記スリーブ(6)に塗布し、好適には、前記ロボットによって、前記スライド閉止部(20)を操作するために、前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)を自動的に位置決め及び駆動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の方法を実行する装置であって、前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)を、パイプ片(10)によって形成し、前記パイプ片は、長手方向軸周りに回転し、前記パイプ片には、外側に存在し、周縁部周りに分布する空間(13)を有し、前記空間(13)を、前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)と前記内側スリーブ(6)の前記内壁(6’)との間に形成された前記空洞(14)に略相当する量の所定量の前記モルタルが、前記空間(13)に注入できるような大きさにすることを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記モルタルディスペンサ(9)の前記パイプ片(10)を、放射状に長手方向に指向する刃(11)を付けて形成し、前記刃の長さは、修理するスリーブの鋳造流路長に対応させる一方で、前記刃によって画成する外径は、修理後のスリーブ鋳造流路径の目標値と等しくすることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記刃(11)を、前記パイプ片の回転方向に若干凸状に湾曲させることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記刃(11)間の前記空間(13)を、好適には前記パイプ片(10)の延長部に配置するモルタル給送装置によって、前記モルタル塊で、個別に又は纏めて充填できることを特徴とする、請求項10又は請求項11に記載の装置。
