Abstract
Un método y un dispositivo para reparar la camisa del pico vertedor (6) de un recipiente metalúrgico que está montado de forma segura dentro del revestimiento refractario (4, 5) del recipiente (1). De acuerdo con la presente, la camisa se repara aplicando mortero al canal de colada (7) de la camisa (6) con un dispensador de mortero (9) que se puede insertar dentro del canal de colada (7), el cual, al extraer el dispensador de mortero del canal de colada calibra al mismo a lo largo de toda la longitud del canal. El dispensador de mortero (9) es impulsado rotando coaxialmente al canal de colada (7) durante la aplicación del mortero y, luego de un tiempo definido, se extrae del canal de colada (7), todavía rotando. El método es particularmente adecuado para reparar la camisa interior de una cuchara de colada con un cierre deslizante adyacente al pico vertedor de la cuchara, el mantenimiento de la cual se lleva a cabo automáticamente en una estación de mantenimiento de la instalación de colada. En este caso, la reparación de la camisa interna también se lleve a cabo automáticamente aquí durante el mantenimiento del cierre deslizante. Reivindicación 9: Un aparato para implementar el método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes 1 a 8, caracterizado porque el dispensador de mortero (9) está formado por una sección de tubo (10) que gira alrededor del eje longitudinal con espacios (13), situados en el exterior distribuidos alrededor de su circunferencia, estos espacios (13) se dimensionan de tal manera que se puede verter una cantidad predeterminada de mortero dentro de los mismos, dicha cantidad corresponde aproximadamente a la cavidad (14) formada entre el dispensador de mortero (9) y la pared interior (6) de la camisa (6).
