Abstract
Description
本出願は、2015年11月13日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2015−0159379号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜3
下記の表1に示した成分を、その記載された含量でスーパーミキサーに投入して混練した後、二軸押出機を用いて、バレル温度200℃で溶融混練させた後、押出加工(ペレタイザーを使用)してペレットを得た。このペレットを射出機から射出して、物性テストのための試片として使用した。
*B(SAN樹脂):アクリロニトリルが27重量%含まれたLG化学の92HR
*C(ポリエーテルエステルアミド):Arkema社のMH2030(融点200℃、ASTM D257に従い測定した表面固有抵抗1×107Ω)
*D(エトキシ化アルキルアミン系帯電防止剤):CECA Arkema社のNoroplast 832
[試験例]
前記実施例1〜3及び比較例1〜3で収得した樹脂組成物ペレットを射出して試片を製造し、これを用いて加湿量、変形量、衝撃強度及び流動性を測定した。測定結果を下記表1にまとめた。
*加湿量:直径215mm、厚さ1.6mmのエアワッシャーディスクが46枚装着されたLG電子の加湿器(モデル:LAW−A049AS)で6時間実験して、加湿量を測定した。
Claims (16)
- (a)ビニルシアン化合物−共役ジエン系ゴム状重合体−芳香族ビニル化合物共重合体樹脂22.5〜50重量%と、
(b)芳香族ビニル化合物−ビニルシアン化合物共重合体樹脂47.5〜75重量%と、
(c)ポリエーテルエステルアミド(Polyether ester amide)樹脂1〜6重量%と、
(d)エトキシ化アルキルアミン系帯電防止剤1.5〜3重量%と
を含む、ABS系樹脂組成物。 - 前記(a)ビニルシアン化合物−共役ジエン系ゴム状重合体−芳香族ビニル化合物共重合体樹脂は、平均粒径2500Å〜3500Åの共役ジエン系ゴム状重合体40〜70重量%に、芳香族ビニル化合物18〜48重量%及びビニルシアン化合物6〜24重量%をグラフト重合させた共重合体樹脂である、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- 前記(b)芳香族ビニル化合物−ビニルシアン化合物共重合体樹脂は、芳香族ビニル化合物55〜80重量%及びビニルシアン化合物20〜45重量%を含む、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- 前記ビニルシアン化合物は、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル及びエタクリロニトリルからなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- 前記共役ジエン系ゴム状重合体は、ブタジエンゴム質共重合体、ブタジエン−スチレンゴム質共重合体及びイソプレンゴム質重合体からなる群から選択される1種以上である、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- 前記芳香族ビニル化合物は、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、o−エチルスチレン、p−エチルスチレン及びビニルトルエンからなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- 前記(c)ポリエーテルエステルアミド(Polyether ester amide)樹脂は、ASTM D257に従い測定した表面固有抵抗が2×109Ω以下である、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- 前記(c)ポリエーテルエステルアミド(Polyether ester amide)樹脂は、反応性末端を有するポリアミドと反応性末端を有するポリエーテルとの縮重合生成物である、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- 前記(d)エトキシ化アルキルアミン系帯電防止剤は、アルキルの炭素数が13個〜15個である、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- 前記ABS系樹脂組成物は、難燃剤、抗菌剤、滴下防止剤、離型剤、酸化防止剤、熱安定剤、滑剤、UV安定剤、衝撃補強剤、充填剤、無機物添加剤、安定剤、顔料及び染料からなる群から選択された1種以上の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- 前記ABS系樹脂組成物は、加湿器(LAW−A049AS、LG電子)に直径215mm、厚さ1.6mmのディスク46枚を装着し、6時間測定した加湿量が400cc/hr以上である、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- 前記ABS系樹脂組成物は、直径215mm、厚さ1.6mmのエアワッシャーディスクを90°、180°、270°及び360°となる地点を表示した後、水槽に168時間浸漬させた後に測定した各地点での変形量が1.0mm以下である、請求項1に記載のABS系樹脂組成物。
- (a)ビニルシアン化合物−共役ジエン系ゴム状重合体−芳香族ビニル化合物共重合体樹脂22.5〜50重量%、(b)芳香族ビニル化合物−ビニルシアン化合物共重合体樹脂47.5〜75重量%、(c)ポリエーテルエステルアミド(Polyether ester amide)樹脂1〜6重量%、及び(d)エトキシ化アルキルアミン系帯電防止剤1.5〜3重量%を押出機に投入し、バレル温度180℃〜220℃で混合及び押出するステップを含む、ABS系樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のABS系樹脂組成物から製造された、成形品。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のABS系樹脂組成物から製造されたディスクまたはディスクアセンブリを含む、製品。
- 前記製品は、エアワッシャー、加湿器、空気清浄機、加湿器兼用エアワッシャー、加湿器兼用空気清浄機、またはエアワッシャー空気清浄機である、請求項15に記載の製品。
