4.優れた耐湿熱性、優れた機械的強度、優れた耐高電圧性を発揮する熱可塑性樹脂組成物製耐高電圧部品を提供すること。
1.本発明に係る耐高電圧製品製造用樹脂組成物は、耐湿熱性、機械的強度、耐高電圧性などに優れている。
2.本発明に係る耐高電圧製品製造用樹脂組成物は、ヒートショックを与えても優れた耐湿熱性、優れた機械的強度を発揮する。
3.本発明に係る耐高電圧製品製造用樹脂組成物は、ヒートショックを与えても優れた耐高電圧性を発揮する。
4.本発明に係る耐高電圧製品製造用樹脂組成物から得られる部品(成形品)は、優れた耐湿熱性、優れた機械的強度、優れた耐高電圧性を発揮し、寸法安定性、外観にも優れている。
(A−2)PET樹脂:酸素指数が24、融点が255℃のポリエチレンテレフタレート(三菱化学社製、商品名:ノバペックスGS385)である。
(A−3)PA−6樹脂:酸素指数が23、融点224℃のポリアミド6(三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス社製、商品名:ノバミッド1010J)である。
(A−4)PA−MXD6樹脂:酸素指数が27、融点が242℃のポリアミドMXD6(三菱ガス化学社製、商品名:ポリアミドMXD6#6000)である。
(A−5)PPS樹脂:酸素指数が45、融点282℃のポリフェニレンスルファイド(東レ・フィリップス社製、商品名:ライトンM2588)である。
(A−7)PC樹脂:酸素指数が25のポリカーボネート(三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス社製、商品名:ユーピロンS−3000)である。
(A−8)AS樹脂:酸素指数が19のアクリロニトリル−スチレン共重合体(テクノポリマー社製、商品名:サンレックスSAN−C)である。
(A−9)PS樹脂:酸素指数が18のポリスチレン(PSジャパン社製、商品名:PSJポリスチレンHT478)である。
(A−10)POM樹脂:酸素指数が16のポリアセタール樹脂(三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス社製、商品名:ユピタールF30−01)である。
なお、(A)成分が複数樹脂のブレンド物の場合には、酸素指数は、ブレンドされた(A)成分について測定した値を意味する。
(B−2)ガラス繊維(扁平型断面):扁平率が4の扁平型断面ガラス繊維(日東紡社製、銘柄名:CSH3PA820)である。
(B−3)ガラス繊維(まゆ型断面):扁平率が2のまゆ型断面ガラス繊維(日東紡社製、銘柄名:CSH3PA860)である。
(B−4)ガラス繊維(円形断面):円形断面のガラス繊維(日本電気硝子社製、銘柄名:ECS03T187)である。
(B−5)ガラス繊維(円形断面):円形断面のガラス繊維(日本電気硝子社製、 銘柄名:ECS03T289)である。
(B−6)ガラス繊維(円形断面):円形断面のガラス繊維(旭ファイバーグラス社製、銘柄名:CS03MA404)である。
(B−7)ガラス繊維(円形断面):円形断面のガラス繊維(旭ファイバーグラス社製、銘柄名:CS03MA486)である。
(B−8)ガラス繊維(円形断面):円形断面のガラス繊維(日本電気硝子社製、 銘柄名:ECS03T351)である。
(C−2)ポリエステル系エラストマー:三菱化学社製、商品名:プリマロイBT1045である。
(C−3)ポリオレフィン系エラストマー:住友化学社製、商品名:ボンドファースト2Cである。
(C−4)コアシェル型エラストマー:クレハ社製、商品名:パラロイドEXL2315である。
(C−5)エポキシ変性スチレン系エラストマー:ダイセル化学社製、商品名:エポフレンドAT501である。
(C−6)酸変性スチレン系エラストマー:旭化成ケミカルズ社製、商品名:タフテックM1943である。
(D−2)ビスフェノールA型エポキシ:ビスフェノールA型エポキシ化合物(旭電化工業社製、商品名:アデカサイザーEP17)である。
(b)耐電圧性(絶縁破壊電圧:単位kV):大きさが100mm×100mmで、厚さ(t)が1mmと2mmのシート状であって、乾燥状態とした試験片について、ヤマヨ試験器社製の絶縁破壊試験装置、型式:YST−243−100RHOによって、温度が23℃の油中、短時間法(2kV/sec)、直径が6mmの円柱状電極と、直径が25mmの円柱状電極とを組合せて、絶縁破壊電圧を測定した。また、この試験片について、下記の湿熱処理またはヒートショック処理を施した後の試験片についても絶縁破壊電圧を測定し、後者をヒートショック処理後の絶縁破壊電圧とした。
(c)湿熱処理:試験片を、(株)平山製作所社製プレッシャークッカー(PC−422R5F)を使用し、温度100℃、湿度100%の環境下300時間処理した。処理後は、試験片を23℃、50%RH中に3日間放置して、試験片の状態調湿を行った。
1.酸素指数20以上の熱可塑性樹脂に、異形断面形状を有する繊維状強化材を含有させた樹脂組成物の実施例1〜実施例23の物性は、円型断面の繊維状強化材を含有させた比較例1〜比較例22の樹脂組成物の物性に比較して、耐高電圧性が良好であり、湿熱・ヒートショック処理後も良好な耐高電圧性を保持しており、機械的強度も良好である。なお、実施例23と比較例22は、PPE樹脂単独では流動性が悪く、1mm厚さの試験片の製造が困難であるため、PPE樹脂にポリスチレンを配合した組成物として評価を行ったものである。
2.PBT樹脂に異形断面強化材を含有させ、さらに、エポキシ化合物を配合した実施例1および実施例2の樹脂組成物は、エポキシ化合物を配合を含有させない実施例16の樹脂組成物に比べて、成形直後の耐高電圧性の向上は僅かであるが、湿熱・ヒートショック処理後の耐電圧性が大幅に向上している。
3.PBT樹脂に異形断面強化材を含有させ、さらに、弾性重合体を含有させた実施例4の樹脂組成物は、弾性重合体を含有させない実施例16の樹脂組成物に比べて、成形品製造直後の耐電圧性は大幅に向上している。
4.PBT樹脂に異形断面強化材を含有させ、さらに、弾性重合体とエポキシ化合物の両方を配合した実施例5〜実施例11、実施例14の樹脂組成物は、成形品製造直後、および、湿熱・ヒートショック処理後の耐高電圧性が大幅に向上している。
5.PBT樹脂にビニル芳香族系樹脂を配合した実施例15の樹脂組成物は、弾性重合体とエポキシ化合物の両方を含有させない実施例16の樹脂組成物と比べ、機械特性はほぼ同等であるが、成形直後およびヒートショック・湿熱処理後の耐高電圧性が大幅に向上している。
6.一方、酸素指数20以上の熱可塑性樹脂に、円型断面の繊維状強化材を含有させた比較例1〜比較例22の樹脂組成物の物性は、実施例1〜実施例23の樹脂組成物の物性に比較して、耐高電圧性が劣り、湿熱・ヒートショック処理後の耐高電圧性、機械的強度も劣る。
7.酸素指数が16のポリアセタール樹脂に異形断面ガラス繊維を含有させた比較例23と比較例24では、繊維状強化材として異形断面ガラス繊維を含有させても、円形断面ガラス繊維を含有させた樹脂組成物と、耐高電圧性はほとんど変わらず、改善効果が認められない。
8.また、(A)成分の酸素指数が20未満の比較例25〜比較例27は、本発明の目的を達成することができない。すなわち、AS樹脂(酸素指数19)に異形断面ガラス繊維を含有させても(比較例25)、AS樹脂に円形断面ガラス繊維を含有させた(比較例26)、AS樹脂とPBT樹脂とをブレンドした酸素指数が19.6のブレンド物(比較例27)はいずれも、湿熱・ヒートショック処理後の耐高電圧性が劣る。
Claims (6)
- (A)成分:酸素指数が20以上の熱可塑性樹脂を主成分とする樹脂100重量部、(B)成分:繊維長さに直角な断面の長径と短径の比(扁平率)が1.5〜10の異形断面形状を有する繊維状強化材5〜150重量部を含有し、(A)成分が、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂とビニル芳香族系樹脂よりなり、ビニル芳香族系樹脂がポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂との合計量の1〜50重量%であることを特徴とする、耐高電圧部品製造用樹脂組成物。
- (B)成分が、その断面形状が長方形または長方形に近い長円形であり、扁平率が2.5〜10.0のものである、請求項1に記載の耐高電圧部品製造用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の耐高電圧部品製造用樹脂組成物に、さらに、(C)成分:弾性重合体を、(A)成分100重量部に対して、1〜50重量部を含有する、耐高電圧部品製造用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の耐高電圧部品製造樹脂組成物に、さらに、(D)成分:エポキシ化合物を、(A)成分100重量部に対して、0.1〜10.0重量部を含有する、耐高電圧部品製造用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の耐高電圧部品製造用樹脂組成物を原料として、製造されたものであることを特徴とする耐高電圧部品。
- 1kV以上の電圧が印加されても発火または破壊が生じないことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の耐高電圧部品。
