Abstract

Claims (9)
- 内燃機関用の燃料噴射系(10)であって、
作動中、内部でポンプピストン(28)が燃料(12)を高圧に加圧するように運動する、加圧室(30)を有する燃料高圧ポンプ(18)と、
前記燃料高圧ポンプ(18)内で高圧に加圧された前記燃料(12)を蓄える高圧アキュムレータ(24)と、
前記加圧室(30)を前記高圧アキュムレータ(24)に接続する弁装置(38)であって、前記加圧室(30)から作用する押圧力に抗して出口弁座(46)に向かって付勢されている出口弁閉鎖要素(42)を有する出口弁(22)と、前記高圧アキュムレータ(24)から作用する押圧力に抗して圧力制限弁座(52)に向かって付勢されている圧力制限弁閉鎖要素(42)を有する圧力制限弁(40)とを有する、弁装置(38)と、
を備え、
前記出口弁座(46)と前記圧力制限弁座(52)とは、一体に形成される1つの共通の弁座要素(54)に形成されており、
前記出口弁座(46)と前記圧力制限弁座(52)とは、互いに偏心して配置されている、
内燃機関用の燃料噴射系(10)。 - 前記出口弁座(46)は、出口弁座外周(62)を有し、前記圧力制限弁座(52)は、圧力制限弁座外周(64)を有し、前記出口弁座外周(62)と前記圧力制限弁座外周(64)との間隔(A)は、前記出口弁閉鎖要素(42)および/または前記圧力制限弁閉鎖要素(48)の直径(D)よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系(10)。
- 弁座要素長手方向軸線(56)に沿った前記弁座要素(54)の厚さ(DV)は、出口弁座直径(D)および/または圧力制限弁座直径(D)よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の燃料噴射系(10)。
- 前記出口弁座(46)は、出口弁座中心軸線(66)を有し、前記圧力制限弁座(52)は、圧力制限弁座中心軸線(68)を有し、前記弁座要素(54)は、弁座要素長手方向軸線(56)を有し、前記出口弁座中心軸線(66)および/または前記圧力制限弁座中心軸線(68)は、前記弁座要素長手方向軸線(56)に対して偏心して配置されており、前記弁座要素長手方向軸線(56)から前記出口弁座中心軸線(66)の間隔(AM)と、前記弁座要素長手方向軸線(56)から前記圧力制限弁座中心軸線(68)の間隔(AM)とが、特に同じ大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射系(10)。
- 前記弁座要素(54)は、弁ハウジング(70)として形成されており、前記弁ハウジング(70)は、前記出口弁(22)および/または前記圧力制限弁(40)のためにそれぞれの前記弁座(46,52)と、それぞれの弁座中心軸線(66,68)に沿って形成され、それぞれの前記弁閉鎖要素(42,48)を案内するガイド部分(72)と、を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射系(10)。
- それぞれの前記ガイド部分(72)は、半径方向でそれぞれの前記弁座中心軸線(66,68)から離間する方向で延在する少なくとも1つの流出湾出部(74)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の燃料噴射系(10)。
- 前記弁ハウジング(70)は、出口弁(22)および/または圧力制限弁(40)の少なくとも一方に至る流入孔(60)を形成し、それぞれ一方の弁(22,40)に割り当てられた前記流出湾出部(74)は、それぞれ他方の弁(22,40)に割り当てられた前記流入孔(60)と交わることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の燃料噴射系(10)。
- 前記加圧室(30)と前記高圧アキュムレータ(24)との間の、前記燃料高圧ポンプ(18)のハウジング(36)内に配置される接続孔(34)を備え、前記接続孔(34)内には、前記弁座要素(54)、出口弁予圧ばね(44)、前記出口弁閉鎖要素(42)、圧力制限弁予圧ばね(50)および前記圧力制限弁閉鎖要素(48)が個別に配置されており、前記弁座要素(54)は、前記接続孔(34)内に直接取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射系(10)。
- 前記弁装置(38)を形成すべく、前記弁座要素(54)、出口弁予圧ばね(44)、前記出口弁閉鎖要素(42)、圧力制限弁予圧ばね(50)および前記圧力制限弁閉鎖要素(48)は、一緒に1つのカートリッジハウジング内に配置されており、前記カートリッジハウジングは、前記加圧室(30)と前記高圧アキュムレータ(24)との間の、前記燃料高圧ポンプ(18)のハウジング(36)内に配置される接続孔(34)内に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射系(10)。
