Claims (14)
- 外周歯を有し、一回転中心線回りに回転可能に設けられた回転軸と、前記回転軸に相対回転可能に設けられたクラッチギヤとを断接するシンクロメッシュ機構付噛合式クラッチが備えられている車両用動力伝達装置において、
前記回転軸内に設けられ、前記回転軸の前記回転中心線方向に往復移動可能に配設された第1ピストンと、
前記第1ピストンに連結され、前記回転軸の前記外周歯と噛み合う内周歯を有するとともに、前記回転軸と共に回転し、前記第1ピストンの作動に伴って前記回転軸の前記回転中心線方向に往復移動可能に配設されたスリーブと、
前記クラッチギヤに形成されたテーパ面によって相対回転可能に支持されたシンクロナイザリングと、
前記第1ピストンを往動方向に駆動して、前記スリーブの内周歯を前記シンクロナイザリングを経て前記クラッチギヤに噛み合わせる第2ピストンを有するアクチュエータと、を備え、
前記第1ピストンおよび前記第2ピストンは、前記回転軸と同心に設けられていることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1ピストンの外周面と前記回転軸の内周面との間には、前記スリーブの内周歯が前記クラッチギヤから抜ける方向に前記第1ピストンを付勢する弾性部材が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記第1ピストンと同心に設けられているコイルスプリングであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1ピストンは、前記第2ピストンにより往動方向に駆動されない場合には、前記弾性部材の付勢力により前記クラッチギヤから離れる方向へ複動させられることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記回転軸は、一対の軸受を介して一対の支持壁により回転可能に支持され、
前記第2ピストンは、前記一対の支持壁のうちの一方の支持壁内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、前記一方の支持壁に前記第2ピストンと同心に形成されたピストン嵌合穴内に摺動可能且つ油密に前記第2ピストンを嵌め入れ、前記第2ピストンと前記ピストン嵌合穴とにより形成された油室を備える油圧アクチュエータであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記油室は、前記回転軸の回転中心線と同心の円柱状空間となるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記第2ピストンと前記第1ピストンとの間には緩衝材が設けられて、前記第1ピストンは前記第2ピストンに対して相対回転可能に当接されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記緩衝材は、前記第2ピストンの先端面に固着されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記油圧アクチュエータは、前記油室内の作動油が油圧制御または電気制御により調圧されることによって前記第2ピストンを作動させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
- 前記回転軸は、前記第1ピストンおよび前記第2ピストンの先端部を収容する中心孔を有し、
前記中心孔の前記一対の支持壁の他方の支持壁側の開口から潤滑油が供給され、
前記クラッチギヤは、ニードルベアリングを介して前記回転軸に相対回転可能に設けられ、前記潤滑油は、前記中心孔から径方向に形成された径方向油路を通して前記ニードルベアリングに供給されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記回転軸には、前記回転中心線方向に長く且つ前記中心孔に連通する案内穴が形成され、
前記スリーブは、前記案内穴を通して前記第1ピストンに立設された連結ピンを介して前記第1ピストンに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1ピストンは、前記回転軸の軸方向中央部に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置。
