Claims (4)
- アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなるアルミ素線を複数本撚る下撚りによって形成される集合撚線を更に複数本撚る本撚りによって形成されるアルミ複合撚線導体であって、
最も断面中心側に位置する集合撚線である中心側撚線と、
前記中心側撚線上に設けられる集合撚線である複数本の第1層撚線と、
前記第1層撚線上に設けられる集合撚線である複数本の第2層撚線と、を備え、
前記第1層撚線と前記第2層撚線との本撚り方向が同方向であり、
前記第1層撚線と前記第2層撚線との下撚り方向が本撚り方向と同じであり、
前記中心側撚線の下撚り方向と前記第1層撚線の本撚り方向が反対方向であり、
前記第1層撚線と前記第2層撚線との本撚り角度が略同じである
ことを特徴とするアルミ複合撚線導体。 - 前記第1層撚線の下撚り角度と本撚り角度との和と、前記中心側撚線の下撚り角度との差が、15度以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミ複合撚線導体。 - 請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載のアルミ複合撚線導体と、
前記アルミ複合撚線導体を被覆する絶縁性の被覆部と、
を備えることを特徴とするアルミ複合撚線電線。 - 請求項3に記載のアルミ複合撚線電線を含む
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
