Abstract
【解決手段】二次電池であって、負極と、正極と、絶縁層と、電解質を担持する孔を有する構造体とを有し、前記負極は、前記絶縁層を介して前記正極と交互に積層され、前記構造体は、2つの前記絶縁層に挟まれ前記正極の縁の少なくとも一部に対向する領域に設置され、前記絶縁層と異なる素材を有することを特徴とする。

Description
正極電解質層15及び負極電解質層25には半固体電解質が含まれる。まず半固体電解質の材料について説明する。半固体電解質は、電解液と骨格材を含む。電解液は、正極10、負極20に含まれる電解液と同様、非水電解液であれば特に限定されない。
Claims (8)
- 負極と、正極と、絶縁層と、電解質を担持する孔を有する構造体とを有し、
前記負極は、前記絶縁層を介して前記正極と交互に積層され、
前記構造体は、2つの前記絶縁層に挟まれ前記正極の縁の少なくとも一部に対向する領域に設置され、前記絶縁層と異なる素材を有することを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池であって、
前記負極及び前記正極は略矩形であって、
前記構造体は、前記正極の4辺の縁に対向する領域に設置されることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池であって、
前記絶縁層は、絶縁性の骨格材と、リチウムビス(トリフルオロメタンスルホニル)イミドとテトラエチレングリコールとを含む電解液と、を有することを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池であって、
前記構造体は、電子伝導性を有しない無機粒子又はポリオレフィン系の樹脂シートを有することを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池であって、
前記絶縁層は、骨格材と電解液とを有し、
前記構造体の有する前記孔の平均孔径は、前記骨格材の平均孔径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池であって、
前記絶縁層は、骨格材と電解液とを有し、
前記構造体は、無機粒子を有し、
前記無機粒子の平均粒径は前記骨格材の平均粒径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池であって、
前記絶縁層は、骨格材と電解液とを有し、
前記構造体は、無機粒子を有し、
前記無機粒子の粒径分布は前記骨格材の粒径分布よりも狭いことを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 負極と正極とを、絶縁層を介して交互に積層する電極積層工程と、
2つの前記絶縁層に挟まれ前記正極の縁の少なくとも一部に対向する領域に、前記絶縁層と異なる素材を有する構造体を設置する構造体設置工程と、
を有することを特徴とする、二次電池の製造方法。
