図5は、比較例に係るコイルユニットにおいて配線部材が通過する貫通孔周辺の構成を示す断面図である。図5を参照して、比較例に係るコイルユニット4Xについて説明する。
Claims (4)
- 所定の方向において互いに対向し、互いに接合されることで内側に収容空間を形成する第1ケース部および第2ケース部と、
前記収容空間内に配置されたフェライト板、コイル、およびシールド部材と、
前記第2ケース部に取り付けられ、前記コイルに電気接続された配線部材を前記収容空間の内部から外部に取り出すための封止部材と、を備え、
前記第1ケース部は、第1板状部と、前記第1板状部の周縁から起立するように設けられた第1周壁部と、前記第1周壁部の起立方向における前記第1周壁部の先端に位置する第1接合面と、を含み、かつ、磁束を透過し、
前記第2ケース部は、前記第1板状部に対向して配置された第2板状部と、前記第2板状部の周縁から起立するように設けられた第2周壁部と、前記第2周壁部の起立方向における前記第2周壁部の先端に位置する第2接合面と、を含み、かつ、磁束を遮蔽し、
前記第1ケース部および前記第2ケース部は、前記第1接合面と前記第2接合面とが互いに接合されることにより前記収容空間を形成し、
前記フェライト板は、前記フェライト板の厚さ方向が前記所定の方向と平行となるように前記収容空間内に配置され、
前記コイルは、前記コイルの巻回軸が前記所定の方向と平行となるように前記第1板状部と前記フェライト板との間に配置され、
前記シールド部材は、前記フェライト板を支持するように前記第2板状部と前記フェライト板との間に配置され、
前記第1接合面と前記第2接合面とが互いに接合されている部分の少なくとも一部は、前記所定の方向と平行な方向において、前記フェライト板の位置よりも前記第2板状部寄りに位置し、
前記第2ケース部は、前記所定の方向と平行な方向から見た場合に前記第2周壁部の位置から外側に突出する突出部と、前記収容空間に連通するように前記突出部および前記第2周壁部を貫通し、内部に前記配線部材および前記封止部材が配置される貫通孔と、をさらに含み、
前記貫通孔を規定する前記第2ケース部の内周面は、前記所定の方向と平行な方向から見た場合に前記第2接合面と重ならない位置であって前記収容空間が位置する側とは反対側の端部に設けられた大径部と、前記大径部と前記収容空間とを接続し前記大径部よりも小さい内径を有する小径部とを含み、
前記封止部材は、前記大径部内に配置されている、コイルユニット。 - 前記第1接合面と前記第2接合面とが互いに接合されている前記部分の全部が、前記所定の方向と平行な方向において、前記フェライト板の位置よりも前記第2板状部寄りに位置する、請求項1に記載のコイルユニット。
- 前記突出部は、第1筒状部と、前記所定の方向から見た場合に前記第1筒状部の外側に位置し、前記第1筒状部よりも大きな外径を有する第2筒状部と、を含み、
前記第2接合面に接続される前記第1筒状部の外周面の一部は、前記第2接合面と面一であり、かつ、前記第1筒状部の前記外周面の前記一部に接続される前記第2筒状部の外周面の一部よりも前記第2板状部寄りに位置しており、
前記第2筒状部の内側に前記大径部が形成されている、請求項1または2に記載のコイルユニット。 - 前記小径部を形成する前記第2ケース部の前記内周面は、前記収容空間側から前記第2ケース部の外部側に向かうにつれて周長が長くなるテーパー形状部を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のコイルユニット。
