Abstract
【解決手段】軸部材に対して筒部材を弾性支持するゴム状弾性体から構成される防振基体が、軸部材と筒部材との間に第1液室および第2液室を形成する。筒部材の内側に合成樹脂製のオリフィス形成部材が配置される。オリフィス形成部材は、軸部材の軸に沿って貫通する穴部が端面に開口し、筒部材が密着して第1液室と第2液室とを連通するオリフィスとなる溝部が外周面に形成される。端面と外周面とが作る角部に形成される凹部が穴部に連絡する。オリフィス形成部材を組み付けた防振基体を液体に浸漬すると、凹部から穴部に液体が進入するので、簡便な操作で液室に気泡を残留し難くできる。

Claims (3)
- 筒状に形成される軸部材と、
前記軸部材と間隔をあけて配置される筒部材と、
前記軸部材に対して前記筒部材を弾性支持すると共に前記軸部材と前記筒部材との間に第1液室および第2液室を形成するゴム状弾性体から構成される防振基体と、
前記筒部材の内側に配置される合成樹脂製のオリフィス形成部材と、を備え、
前記オリフィス形成部材は、前記軸部材の軸に沿って貫通する穴部が開口する端面と、前記筒部材が密着して前記第1液室と前記第2液室とを連通するオリフィスとなる溝部が形成される外周面と、を備え、
前記端面と前記外周面とが作る角部に形成される凹部が、前記穴部に連絡することを特徴とする液封入式防振装置。 - 前記穴部は、前記オリフィス形成部材の複数か所に形成され、
前記凹部の数は、前記穴部の数より少ないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液封入式防振装置。 - 前記穴部は、前記端面に連絡する大径部と、前記大径部の軸方向の内側に連接されると共に前記大径部の断面積よりも断面積の小さい小径部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液封入式防振装置。
