Claims (13)
- 医療装置であって、
基端端部、末端端部、および、その間に延びる内腔を有するカテーテルアダプタであって、該カテーテルアダプタを通る流体通路を前記内腔が画定し、さらに、前記内腔は、該内腔を末端流体室と基端流体室に分割する隔壁を含んでいる、カテーテルアダプタと、
前記カテーテルアダプタの前記基端端部に選択的に結合され、および、プローブを有するLuerアダプタであって、該プローブが前記基端流体室を通っておよび前記隔壁を通って突出し、そのために、該プローブの先端部が前記末端流体室内に位置決めされる、Luerアダプタと、
前記内腔および前記Luerアダプタの少なくとも1つの面に塗布された抗病原性材料と
を備える医療装置。 - 前記抗病原性材料がさらに潤滑剤を含み、および、塗布されて前記プローブと前記隔壁の間の摩擦を低減する、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記抗病原性材料が前記隔壁の内面に塗布され、および、前記内面は、少なくとも前記Luerアダプタの末端部分の方を向いている、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 輸液療法の医療装置であって、
カテーテルアダプタであって、そこからカテーテルが末端に延びており、基端止めと末端止めの間に形成されたチャネルを含む内腔を有しているカテーテルアダプタと、
前記末端止めに対し末端の前記内腔内に置決めされる隔壁であって、前記内腔を末端流体室と基端流体室に分割する隔壁と、
前記カテーテルが患者の血管系に挿入されることを可能にするように前記カテーテルアダプタの前記内腔を通っておよび前記カテーテルを通って延びている導入針であって、前記カテーテルの挿入後に前記内腔から除去されるように構成されている導入針と、
前記基端流体室に配置された隔壁アクチュエータであって、内腔を持つ本体、および、該本体から半径方向外向きに延びている複数のフィンを備えており、該フィンが前記基端止めに接触する基端位置から該フィンが前記末端止めに接触する末端位置まで移動するように構成されており、前記末端位置にあるときは該隔壁アクチュエータの末端端部が前記隔壁を通って延びており、前記本体の一部に塗布されるが前記フィンの先端には塗布されない剛性または半剛性の抗病原性材料を含む隔壁アクチュエータと
を備えている医療装置。 - 前記剛性または半剛性の抗病原性材料が塗布される前記本体の前記一部は外面を備える、請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記剛性または半剛性の抗病原性材料が塗布される前記本体の前記一部は内面を備える、請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- カテーテルアダプタおよびLuerアダプタからなる組から選択される、請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記隔壁アクチュエータの前記本体の一部に塗布される粘性または流体の抗病原性材料をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記隔壁の一部に塗布される粘性または流体の抗病原性材料をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記剛性または半剛性の抗病原性材料は前記輸液療法の医療装置の前記内腔の一部に塗布されるが前記チャネルには塗布されない、請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記輸液療法の医療装置の前記内腔の前記一部は前記隔壁に対して末端の部分を含む、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記抗病原性材料の特定のタイプを示すための識別色をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の医療装置。
