Abstract
【解決手段】 車両用取付部品1は、インパネリーンフォース100に対し挿入方向の奥側から係合する抜け止め係合部21と、その抜け止め係合部の挿入方向の手前側からインパネリーンフォース100に対する直交方向100Yの両側へと突出する弾性押圧部20とによりインパネリーンフォース100に対しその肉厚を挟む形で取り付けられ、弾性押圧部20は、インパネリーンフォース100を弾性的に常時押圧する薄肉の先端部と20Aと、インパネリーンフォース100からの負荷に耐える厚肉の基端部20Bとを有する。

Description
第一側に所定の長手状部材への取付部を有し、その逆の第二側に所定機能部を有した車両用取付部品であって、
前記取付部は、
前記長手状部材に設けられた取付孔に挿入されることで、その挿入方向の奥側から該長手状部材に係合して抜け止め状態となる抜け止め係合部と、
前記抜け止め係合部の挿入方向の基端側から、前記挿入方向と前記抜け止め状態の前記長手状部材の長手方向との双方に対する直交方向の両側へと突出する基端部と、前記基端部の先で前記挿入方向の奥側に屈曲して前記長手状部材に接近するよう傾斜して延び、当該長手状部材の外表面を常に弾性的に押圧する先端部と、を有し、前記基端部が前記先端部よりも厚肉とされた弾性押圧部と、
を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 第一側に所定の長手状部材への取付部を有し、その逆の第二側に所定機能部を有した車両用取付部品であって、
前記取付部は、
前記長手状部材に設けられた取付孔に挿入されることで、その挿入方向の奥側から該長手状部材に係合して抜け止め状態となる抜け止め係合部と、
前記抜け止め係合部の挿入方向の基端側から、前記挿入方向と前記抜け止め状態の前記長手状部材の長手方向との双方に対する直交方向の両側へと突出する基端部と、前記基端部の先で前記挿入方向の奥側に屈曲して前記長手状部材に接近するよう傾斜して延び、当該長手状部材の外表面を常に弾性的に押圧する先端部と、を有し、前記基端部が前記先端部よりも厚肉とされた弾性押圧部と、
を備えることを特徴とする車両用取付部品。 - 前記弾性押圧部は、前記先端部と前記基端部との間に、前記基端部側から前記先端部側に向かって肉厚が減少する肉厚変更部を有し、
前記肉厚変更部及び前記先端部は、互いの接続位置における外表面が凹状に形成されている請求項1に記載の車両用取付部品。 - 前記弾性押圧部は、前記抜け止め状態において、前記長手状部材に対し前記基端部が非接触とされ、前記先端部が弾性的に押圧した状態となる一方で、前記長手状部材からさらなる押圧力を受けた際には、前記長手状部材に対し、非接触状態にあった前記基端部が接近ないしは当接した状態となる請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用取付部品。
