Abstract
Description
(式(I)中、R1およびR2は、水素原子、ならびに炭素数1〜20のアルキル基、アルケニル基またはアルキニル基を示し、R1およびR2は同一であっても異なっていてもよい。M+はナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオンまたはリチウムイオンを示す。)を含有することを特徴とするタイヤ部材、に関する。
(式(I)中、R1およびR2は、水素原子、ならびに炭素数1〜20のアルキル基、アルケニル基またはアルキニル基を示し、R1およびR2は同一であっても異なっていてもよい。M+はナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオンまたはリチウムイオンを示す。)を混合する工程を含むことを特徴とするタイヤ部材の製造方法、に関する。
(式(I)中、R1およびR2は、水素原子、ならびに炭素数1〜20のアルキル基、アルケニル基またはアルキニル基を示し、R1およびR2は同一であっても異なっていてもよい。M+はナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオンまたはリチウムイオンを示す。)を事前混合する工程を含むことが好ましく、特には老化防止剤やワックス、ステアリン酸、硫黄等を除いてジエン系ゴム、充填材、ゴム粉および下記式(I)に記載の化合物を事前混合する工程を含むことが好ましい。
(式(I)中、R1およびR2は、水素原子、ならびに炭素数1〜20のアルキル基、アルケニル基またはアルキニル基を示し、R1およびR2は同一であっても異なっていてもよい。M+はナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオンまたはリチウムイオンを示す。)
ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、表1の配合処方に従い、実施例1〜6、比較例1〜2の各原料を配合し、通常のバンバリーミキサーを用いて混練し、タイヤ部材を調整した。なお、実施例3〜6については、予めジエン系ゴム、充填材、ゴム粉および式(I)に記載の化合物の四者を事前混合し、その後、残りの各原料を混合した。表1に記載の各使用原料を以下に示す。

(1)引張特性(引張強度および引張伸び)
JISK6251に準じて引張試験(ダンベル3号形、雰囲気温度23℃)を実施した。比較例1を100とした指数で示した。値が大きいほど引張強さ、引張伸びが優れることを示す。
JISK6252に準拠して測定し、比較例1を100とした指数で示した。値が大きいほど引裂強度が優れることを示す。
