Abstract
Description
R4は、ヒドロキシ基または−ONaであり、好ましくはヒドロキシ基であるとよい。
Xは、−NH−または−O−である。Xは好ましくは−NH−であるとよい。
得られた試験片を使用し、JIS K6251に準拠して、ダンベルJIS3号形試験片を作製し、20℃、引張り速度500mm/分の条件で引張り試験を行い、引張り破断強度および引張り破断伸びを測定した。得られた結果は、表1では標準例1のそれぞれの値を100、表2では標準例2のそれぞれの値を100とする指数として、表1,2の「引張破断強度」および「引張破断伸び」の欄に示した。
得られた試験片を使用し、JIS K6394に準拠して、東洋精機製作所社製粘弾性スペクトロメーターを用いて、初期歪み10%、動歪±2%、周波数20Hzの条件で、温度60℃におけるtanδ(正接損失)を測定した。得られた結果は、表1では標準例1の値を100、表2では標準例2の値を100とする指数として、表1,2の「tanδ(60℃)」の欄に示した。この指数が小さいほど、発熱性が小さくタイヤにしたとき優れた燃費性能が得られることを意味する。

Claims (7)
- ジエン系ゴム100質量部に、補強性充てん剤を30〜160質量部、再生ゴムを5〜100質量部、カーボンカップリング剤を0.1〜15.0質量部配合してなるタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記再生ゴムが、冷凍粉砕されていない再生ゴムである請求項1に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記カーボンカップリング剤が、スルホン酸、チオ硫酸およびこれらの塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1つの構造と、キノン類の構造を同一分子内に含む化合物である請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記キノン類が、ベンゾキノン、ナフトキノン、アントラキノンから選ばれる請求項5に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物からなる空気入りタイヤ。
