Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つの端子収容部を有するハウジングと、
複数種の接続端子の中から選択され、前記端子収容部に着脱可能に収容される少なくとも1種類の接続端子と、を備え、
前記端子収容部は、係止部を有し、
前記複数種の接続端子は、それぞれ、選択されて前記端子収容部に収容された場合に、前記係止部に係止される被係止部を有していることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記複数種の接続端子は、接続対象に実装される第1の接続端子と、ケーブルの一端部に結線される第2の接続端子と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1の接続端子は、
電気絶縁性の材料で形成される支持部材と、
導電性の材料で形成される複数種の端子本体の中から選択され、前記支持部材を貫通して設けられる1種類の端子本体と、を含み、
前記複数種の端子本体は、
各々共通の形状を成し、前記支持部材から一方に延出し、相手側コネクタに電気的に接続される端子部と、
各々異なる形状を成し、前記支持部材を挟んで前記端子部の反対側に位置し、前記接続対象に電気的に接続される接続部と、を含み、
前記被係止部は、前記支持部材に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 導電性の材料で形成されるシールドシェルと、
弾性変形可能な材料で形成される防水シールと、を更に備え、
前記ハウジングは、
相手側コネクタとの接続方向一端面を開口させた筒状に形成される外筒部と、
前記外筒部の外周面から径方向外側に延出し、取付面に固定されるフランジ部と、
前記外筒部の内部に支持部を介して連設される内筒部と、を含み、
前記端子収容部は、前記内筒部の内部に設けられ、前記接続方向に延びる筒状に形成され、
前記シールドシェルは、前記端子収容部の外周面に設けられ、
前記防水シールは、前記取付面に密着するように前記外筒部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。 - 前記端子収容部は、その内部空間を接続空間と収容空間とに仕切る仕切壁を含み、
前記仕切壁は、前記接続端子の先端部を挿通させる端子挿通穴を有し、
前記接続端子の先端部は、前記収容空間から前記端子挿通穴を通って前記接続空間に進入し、
前記係止部は、前記収容空間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。 - 前記仕切壁には、前記係止部と前記被係止部との係合を解除する場合に、前記接続空間から前記収容空間に向けて治具を進入させる係合解除穴が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記係止部は、前記端子収容部の内面から突出した先端部を前記接続端子の装着方向に延出させたランス部の先端部に設けられ、
前記係止部と前記被係止部とは、互いに接触する傾斜面を有し、
前記係止部の傾斜面と前記被係止部の傾斜面とは、前記装着方向上流から下流に向けて前記ランス部の突出方向に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のコネクタ。
