Abstract
一种电连接器,其包括前绝缘本体、后绝缘本体以及若干导电端子,所述前绝缘本体包括自其前端面向后凹陷的对接腔,所述导电端子包括向前延伸入对接腔的接触部、固持于前绝缘本体的固持部及向后延伸的线缆连接部;所述后绝缘本体包括相互贯通的前收容腔和后收容腔,所述前绝缘本体的后端组装于前收容腔且所述线缆连接部收容于前收容腔,所述后收容腔用以供外部线缆穿过且为密闭状并仅在其后壁或侧壁设有出线口。如此设置,电连接器可依据使用场景采用出线口设置位置不同的后绝缘本体,方便线缆排线。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利第CN209472146U公告了一种电连接器,其包括承载体、固定于承载体的端子、线缆及密封盖。所述承载体定义有承载面,承载面由围墙部限制形成,所述导电端子包括裸露在承载面的接脚。所述密封盖覆盖所述承载面的后方且将接脚及线缆包覆在其内,该电连接器具有两种出线方向。然而,该电连接器未根据两种线缆出线方向设置对应的收容线缆的围墙部。
因此,有必要提供一种改良的电连接器来解决以上的问题。
【新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种电连接器,其出线口仅设置在后收容腔侧壁或后壁。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种电连接器,其包括前绝缘本体、后绝缘本体以及若干导电端子,所述前绝缘本体包括自其前端面向后凹陷的对接腔,所述导电端子包括向前延伸入对接腔的接触部、固持于前绝缘本体的固持部及向后延伸的线缆连接部;所述后绝缘本体包括相互贯通的前收容腔和后收容腔,所述前绝缘本体的后端组装于前收容腔且所述线缆连接部收容于前收容腔,所述后收容腔用以供外部线缆穿过且为密闭状并仅在其后壁或侧壁设有出线口。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器可依据使用场景采用出线口设置位置不同的后绝缘本体,方便线缆排线,同时有利于采用共同前绝缘本体。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图7所示,为本实用新型第一实施例所揭示的电连接器100,其包括前绝缘本体1、后绝缘本体2以及若干导电端子3。前绝缘本体1包括自其前端面向后凹陷的对接腔11,导电端子3包括向前延伸入对接腔11的接触部31、固持于前绝缘本体1的固持部32及向后延伸的线缆连接部33。后绝缘本体2包括相互贯通的前收容腔21和后收容腔22。前绝缘本体1的后端组装于前收容腔21且线缆连接部33收容于前收容腔21。后收容腔22由一环状侧壁221及一后壁222组成,用以供外部线缆穿过且为密闭状并仅在其侧壁221设有出线口223。
后绝缘壳体2具有一平面状外表面,定义该外表面所在平面为底面。导电端子3包括片状电源端子34、针状信号端子35以及接地端子36。电源端子在其接触部的两侧缘凹设有开槽341。针状信号端子35数量为六个,在对接腔11内以竖直两列排布,每列三个,一对电源端子34对称平行设置在两列信号端子35两侧,一接地端子36位于信号端子列上方且位于两电源端子34之间。请注意,本文上、下位置关系为相对而言,依连接器的形态及摆放位置不同而改变。
出线口223的轴线方向与对接腔11的轴线方向相互垂直。从前向后看,后收容腔22呈拱门状且向内逐渐偏移,后收容腔22具有一平面内侧壁224,出线口213向内贯穿该平面内侧壁224。参图7,与上述内侧壁224相对的另一内侧壁从前向后向下倾斜延伸,使之该处后绝缘本体2在竖直方向上的壁厚逐渐增加。
后绝缘本体2自其前端面向前延伸形成防呆部23,前绝缘本体1设有与防呆部23配合的缺口12。缺口12向前延伸至对接腔11并与其连通。前绝缘本体1设有收容于前收容腔21的限位部13,限位部13贴靠前收容腔21内壁面。前、后绝缘本体1、2在组装后通过胶水固定。电连接器100还包括夹持于前、后绝缘本体1、2之间的橡胶圈4。
图8至图13揭示了本实用新型第二实施例的电连接器,其与第一实施例电连接器的区别点仅在于两者后绝缘本体不同,其余部分两者相同,已达到节省成本并实现改变线缆出线方向之目的,即相同前绝缘本体替换另一种后绝缘本体即可完成另一种出线方式,适应不同的使用场景,同时替换对应的后绝缘本体可以给收容在后收容腔内的线缆提供更好的包覆效果。该实施例中的后绝缘本体2’仅在其后收容腔22’的后壁设有出线口223’,出线口223’在后收容腔22’与后绝缘本体2’后端面之间贯通而形成一圆形通道。前、后收容腔21’、22’及通道三者轴线相同。
以上仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本实用新型的范围。即凡是依本实用新型权利要求书及本实用新型说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器,其包括前绝缘本体、后绝缘本体以及若干导电端子,所述前绝缘本体包括自其前端面向后凹陷的对接腔,所述导电端子包括向前延伸入对接腔的接触部、固持于前绝缘本体的固持部及向后延伸的线缆连接部;其特征在于:所述后绝缘本体包括相互贯通的前收容腔和后收容腔,所述前绝缘本体的后端组装于前收容腔且所述线缆连接部收容于前收容腔,所述后收容腔用以供外部线缆穿过且为密闭状并仅在其后壁或侧壁设有出线口。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括片状电源端子,所述电源端子在其接触部的两侧缘凹设有开槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述出线口设置于所述后绝缘本体的侧壁,所述出线口的轴线方向与所述对接腔的轴线方向相互垂直。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:从前向后看,所述后收容腔呈拱门状,所述后收容腔具有一平面内侧壁,所述出线口设置于该平面内侧壁。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述出线口设置于所述后绝缘本体侧的后壁,所述出线口在所述后收容腔与所述后绝缘本体后端面之间贯通而形成一圆形通道。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述前、后收容腔及所述通道三者轴线相同。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述后绝缘本体自其前端面向前延伸形成防呆部,所述前绝缘本体设有与防呆部配合的缺口。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述缺口向前延伸至所述对接腔并与其连通。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述前绝缘本体设有收容于所述前收容腔的限位部,所述限位部贴靠所述前收容腔内壁面。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括夹持于所述前、后绝缘本体之间的橡胶圈。
