Claims (5)
- 燃焼バーナーにより、燃料供給管を通して供給された燃料と燃焼用空気供給管を通して供給された燃焼用空気とを混合させて、炉内において燃料を燃焼させる加熱炉において、前記の燃料供給管の外周側に、燃料供給管を冷却させる冷却用空気を炉内に案内する冷却用媒体案内管を設けると共に、この冷却用媒体案内管に冷却水調整バルブを介して冷却水を供給する冷却水供給管を接続させたことを特徴とする加熱炉。
- 請求項1に記載の加熱炉において、燃焼バーナーにより、燃料供給管を通して供給された燃料と燃焼用空気供給管を通して供給された燃焼用空気とを混合させて、炉内において燃料を燃焼させる際に、燃料供給管の外周に設けられた前記の冷却用媒体案内管を通して炉内に案内される冷却用空気によって燃料供給管を冷却させる一方、炉内を冷却させる場合には、前記の燃焼バーナーによる燃焼を停止させると共に、前記の冷却水調整バルブを開けて、冷却水供給管を通して冷却水を冷却用媒体案内管に導き、この冷却用媒体案内管から冷却水を炉内に噴射させることを特徴とする加熱炉。
- 請求項2に記載の加熱炉において、前記の冷却用媒体案内管から冷却水を炉内に噴射させるときに、冷却水と一緒に前記の冷却用空気を冷却用媒体案内管から炉内に噴射させ、冷却水を霧状にして炉内に噴射させることを特徴とする加熱炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の加熱炉において、前記の燃焼バーナーが炉長方向に沿って複数設けられていることを特徴とする加熱炉。
- 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の加熱炉において、前記の燃焼バーナーとして、蓄熱室を通して燃焼用空気を供給する蓄熱式の燃焼バーナーを用いたことを特徴とする加熱炉。
