Description
る排出部の近くに位置する蓄熱式バーナの燃焼時間と、この排出部から離れた位置における蓄熱式バーナの燃焼時間とが同じなり、排出部の近くに位置する蓄熱式バーナの燃焼によって発生した高温の燃焼排ガスが、上記の排出部を通してすぐに熱処理炉外に導かれるようになり、熱処理炉における熱利用率が大きく低下するという問題があった。
aに蓄熱されて冷却された燃焼排ガスを上記の排ガス排出パイプ24を通して外部に排出させるようにする。

Claims (3)
- 燃料噴射ノズルを備えたバーナ部と蓄熱材を収容させた蓄熱室とを有する一対の蓄熱式バーナが、熱処理炉における被処理材の移動方向に沿って複数対設けられると共に、熱処理炉内における燃焼排ガスの一部を熱処理炉外に排出させる排出部が設けられ、各対における一方の蓄熱式バーナにおいて、蓄熱室を通して燃焼用空気をバーナ部に導くと共にこのバーナ部における燃料噴射ノズルから燃料ガスを噴射させて燃焼を行う一方、他方の蓄熱式バーナにおいて、燃焼排ガスを蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱室に導いて蓄熱材に燃焼排ガスの熱を蓄熱させて排出させる操作を交互に行う蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉において、熱処理炉内における燃焼負荷に応じて、複数対の蓄熱式バーナにおける燃焼及び停止を切り替えて制御するにあたり、上記の排出部に近い位置における対の蓄熱式バーナから順々に停止させる時間を長くしたことを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉の燃焼制御方法。
- 請求項1に記載の蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉の燃焼制御方法において、燃焼排ガスの一部を熱処理炉外に排出させる排出部が、上記の被処理材を熱処理炉内に導入させる入口側に設けられ、この入口側の排出部に近い位置における対の蓄熱式バーナから順々に停止させる時間を長くしたことを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉の燃焼制御方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉の燃焼制御方法において、複数対の蓄熱式バーナにおける燃焼及び停止を切り替えて制御するにあたり、複数対の蓄熱式バーナにおける燃焼及び停止を切り替える回数を変更させて、停止させる時間を制御することを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉の燃焼制御方法。
