Claims (5)
- 燃料噴射ノズルを備えたバーナ部と蓄熱材を収容させた蓄熱室とを有する少なくとも一対の蓄熱式バーナが加熱炉に設けられ、この一対の蓄熱式バーナにおける一方の蓄熱式バーナにおいて、蓄熱室を通して燃焼用空気をバーナ部に導くと共にこのバーナ部における燃料噴射ノズルから燃料ガスを噴射させて燃焼を行う一方、他方の蓄熱式バーナにおいて、燃焼排ガスを上記の蓄熱室に導いて燃焼排ガスの熱を蓄熱材に蓄熱させて排出させる操作を交互に切り換えて行う蓄熱燃焼式加熱炉の燃焼制御方法において、上記の一対の蓄熱式バーナにおける燃焼及び蓄熱を停止させるにあたり、停止時に燃焼排ガスを蓄熱室に導いて蓄熱材に燃焼排ガスの熱を蓄熱させて排出させる操作を行っていた蓄熱式バーナに燃焼用空気を一時的に供給することを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式加熱炉の燃焼制御方法。
- 請求項1に記載の蓄熱燃焼式加熱炉の燃焼制御方法において、停止時に燃焼排ガスを蓄熱室に導いて蓄熱材に燃焼排ガスの熱を蓄熱させて排出させる操作を行っていた蓄熱式バーナに燃焼用空気を一時的に供給すると共に、この蓄熱式バーナのバーナ部における燃料噴射ノズルから燃料ガスを一時的に噴射させて燃焼を行うことを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式加熱炉の燃焼制御方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄熱燃焼式加熱炉の燃焼制御方法において、停止時に燃焼排ガスを蓄熱室に導いて蓄熱材に燃焼排ガスの熱を蓄熱させて排出させる操作を行っていた蓄熱式バーナに燃焼用空気を一時的に供給すると共に、この燃焼用空気を、燃焼排ガスを排出させる排ガス排出管に導くようにしたことを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式加熱炉の燃焼制御方法。
- 請求項3に記載の蓄熱燃焼式加熱炉の燃焼制御方法において、停止時に蓄熱室を通して燃焼用空気をバーナ部に導くと共にこのバーナ部における燃料噴射ノズルから燃料ガスを噴射させて燃焼させる操作を行っていた蓄熱式バーナにおいても、燃焼用空気を一時的に供給すると共に、この燃焼用空気を、燃焼排ガスを排出させる排ガス排出管に導くようにしたことを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式加熱炉の燃焼制御方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の蓄熱燃焼式加熱炉の燃焼制御方法において、燃料噴射ノズルを備えたバーナ部と蓄熱材を収容させた蓄熱室とを有する複数対の蓄熱式バーナが加熱炉に設けられ、各対の蓄熱式バーナにおいて燃焼及び蓄熱を選択的に停止させることを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式加熱炉の燃焼制御方法。
