Abstract
【解決手段】 燃料噴射ノズル210から燃料を噴出させて燃焼を行うバーナ部21と、蓄熱材220を収容させた蓄熱室22と、給排気口230から蓄熱室を通して熱処理炉10内への給排気を行う給排気路23とを有する蓄熱式バーナ20において、給排気口と蓄熱室との間の給排気路にメンテナンス用扉24を設け、このメンテナンス用扉を開けて清掃部材30により給排気口に付着した付着物Xを清掃するようにした。

Claims (6)
- 燃料噴射ノズルから燃料を噴出させて燃焼を行うバーナ部と、蓄熱材を収容させた蓄熱室と、この蓄熱室を通して燃焼用空気を給排気口から熱処理炉内に供給すると共に熱処理炉内における燃焼排ガスを給排気口から蓄熱室を通して排気させる給排気路とを有する蓄熱式バーナにおいて、上記の給排気口と蓄熱室との間の給排気路にメンテナンス用扉を設けたことを特徴とする蓄熱式バーナ。
- 請求項1に記載の蓄熱式バーナにおいて、上記の給排気口とメンテナンス用扉との間の給排気路が直線状になっていることを特徴とする蓄熱式バーナ。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄熱式バーナにおいて、上記のバーナ部が上記の給排気路の外部に設けられると共に、このバーナ部における燃料噴射ノズルから燃料が上記の給排気口から噴出される燃焼用空気に向けて噴出されることを特徴とする蓄熱式バーナ。
- 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の蓄熱式バーナにおいて、上記のメンテナンス用扉に火炎監視用窓が設けられていることを特徴とする蓄熱式バーナ。
- 請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載した蓄熱式バーナを用いた熱処理炉において、上記のメンテナンス用扉を開けて清掃部材を給排気路内に導き、この清掃部材により上記の給排気口の部分に付着した付着物を清掃することを特徴とする熱処理炉。
- 請求項5に記載の熱処理炉において、熱処理炉内で金属を溶融させることを特徴とする熱処理炉。
