Claims (3)
- 연료 분사 노즐을 구비한 버너부와 축열재(蓄熱材)를 수용시킨 축열실(蓄熱室)을 갖춘 1쌍의 축열식 버너가, 열처리로(熱處理爐)에 있어서의 피처리재(被處理材)의 이동 방향을 따라 복수 쌍 설치됨과 더불어, 열처리로 내에 있어서의 연소 배기 가스의 일부를 열처리로 외부로 배출시키는 배출부(排出部)가 설치되고, 각 쌍에 있어서의 한쪽의 축열식 버너에서, 축열실을 통해서 연소용 공기를 버너부에 인도함과 더불어 이 버너부에 있어서의 연료 분사 노즐로부터 연료 가스를 분사시켜서 연소를 실행하는 한편, 다른 쪽의 축열식 버너에서, 연소 배기 가스를 축열재가 수용된 축열실에 인도해서 축열재에 연소 배기 가스의 열을 축열시켜서 배출시키는 조작을 번갈아 실행하는 축열 연소식 열처리로에 있어서,열처리로 내에 있어서의 연소 부하에 따라서, 복수 쌍의 축열식 버너에 있어서의 연소 및 정지를 전환해서 제어할 때에, 각 쌍의 축열식 버너의 연소 정지 시간은 상기 배출부와 상기 축열식 버너의 쌍과의 거리가 짧을수록 길게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축열 연소식 열처리로의 연소 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,연소 배기 가스의 일부를 열처리로 외부로 배출시키는 배출부가, 상기의 피처리재를 열처리로 내에 도입시키는 입구측에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 축열 연소식 열처리로의 연소 제어 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,복수 쌍의 축열식 버너에 있어서의 연소 및 정지를 전환해서 제어할 때에, 복수 쌍의 축열식 버너에 있어서의 연소 및 정지를 전환하는 횟수(回數)를 변경시켜서, 정지시키는 시간을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축열 연소식 열처리로의 연소 제어 방법.
