- 電源から電力が供給されるアクチュエータの駆動により複数のシフトポジションのうちの1つに切り替えるためのシフト切替装置と、
前記複数のシフトポジションのうちの所定のシフトポジションにおいて、前記アクチュエータの所定方向の回転を規制するための回転規制要素と、
を有する車両の、シフト制御装置であって、
前記アクチュエータの回転量に応じた計数値を取得する計数部と、
前記アクチュエータの回転が前記回転規制要素により規制されることにより前記計数値が変化しない状態となったときの前記アクチュエータの回転位置を、前記所定のシフトポジションに対応した前記アクチュエータの基準位置として設定する基準位置設定部と、
前記電源から前記アクチュエータへの供給電圧を判断する電圧判定部とを、含み、
前記基準位置設定部は、前記アクチュエータの回転が前記回転規制要素により規制されている状態で、前記電圧判定部により前記アクチュエータへの供給電圧が予め設定された第1電圧判定値以下となったと判定された場合、あるいは前記アクチュエータの回転が前記回転規制要素により規制されている間における前記計数値の変動量が所定値以上である場合には、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を中止し、再度、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を開始することを特徴とする車両のシフト制御装置。 - 前記基準位置設定部による前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定の中止の回数をカウントする中止回数カウント部を有しており、
前記基準位置設定部は、前記中止の回数が所定値以上となった場合は、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を再度開始せず、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を終了することを特徴とする請求項1の車両のシフト制御装置。 - 前記基準位置設定部は、前記アクチュエータの回転が前記回転規制要素により規制されている間において、前記アクチュエータの回転開始時の計数値と前記計数値が変化しない状態となったときの計数値との差分が所定値以下である場合には、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を中止し、再度、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を開始することを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1の車両のシフト制御装置。
- 前記基準位置設定部は、前記基準位置の設定を中止した後、前記アクチュエータへの供給電圧が前記第1電圧判定値よりも高く設定された第2電圧判定値より低い状態が第1低電圧継続判定時間未満である場合には、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を再度開始することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1の車両のシフト制御装置。
- 前記電源から電力が供給されるスタータモータの駆動により内燃機関をクランキングするクランキング操作手段を含み、前記基準位置設定部は、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を中止した後、前記内燃機関がクランキング中である状態が第1クランキング継続判定時間未満である場合には、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を再度開始することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1の車両のシフト制御装置。
- 前記基準位置設定部は、前記基準位置の設定を中止した後、前記アクチュエータへの供給電圧が前記第2電圧判定値よりも低い状態が、前記アクチュエータの計数値が前記アクチュエータの回転開始時の計数値に戻されたときから第2低電圧継続判定時間未満である場合には、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を再度開始することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1の車両のシフト制御装置。
- 前記基準位置設定部は、前記基準位置の設定を中止した後、前記内燃機関がクランキング中である状態が、前記アクチュエータの計数値が前記アクチュエータの回転開始時の計数値に戻されたときから第2クランキング継続判定時間未満である場合には、前記アクチュエータの基準位置の設定を再度開始することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1の車両のシフト制御装置。
