Claims (10)
- 貯液器と、
該貯液器の外側に設けられ、排出口が設けられたハウジングと、
該ハウジング内に設けられ、主軸受と、シリンダアセンブリと、副軸受と、二つのピストンと、二つのスライドーベーンとを有する圧縮機構とを備え、
前記主軸受及び前記副軸受が、それぞれ前記シリンダアセンブリの軸方向の両端に設けられ、
前記シリンダアセンブリが、圧縮室を備える二つのシリンダと、二つの該シリンダの間に設けられる仕切り板とを有し、前記シリンダ毎に、スライドーベーン溝と、吸気口と、排気口とが設けられ、
各前記ピストンが、対応する前記圧縮室内に設けられ、且つ前記圧縮室の内壁に沿って転動可能であり、
各前記スライドーベーンは、対応する前記スライドーベーン溝内に移動可能に設けられ、二つの前記シリンダのうち一方の前記シリンダの前記スライドーベーンの頭部が、対応する前記ピストンの外周壁に当接され、二つの前記シリンダのうち他方の前記シリンダの前記スライドーベーンが、対応する前記ピストンと選択可能に接触又は分離し、
前記圧縮機構には、
一方の前記シリンダの前記圧縮室内へ冷媒を流入させるための第1気体吐出口と、
他方の前記シリンダの前記圧縮室内へ一方向に前記冷媒を流入させるための第2気体吐出口と、
第1弁口、第2弁口及び第3弁口を有し、前記第1弁口が他方の前記シリンダの前記吸気口に接続され、前記第2弁口が前記貯液器に接続され、前記第3弁口が前記排気口に連通され、前記第2弁口または前記第3弁口のうち一方が前記第1弁口に連通される第1方向切替アセンブリとが設けられている回転式圧縮機。 - 前記第1気体吐出口及び前記第2気体吐出口が、前記仕切り板に形成されている請求項1に記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 前記第1気体吐出口及び前記第2気体吐出口が、それぞれ前記主軸受及び前記副軸受に形成されている請求項1に記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 前記第2気体吐出口が、前記第1気体吐出口の前記ピストンの転動方向に沿う、前記排気口に近接する側に位置する請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 前記第2気体吐出口に設けられ、他方の前記シリンダの前記圧縮室内へ一方向に前記冷媒を流入させるための逆止弁を更に備える請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 他方の前記シリンダの前記スライドーベーンの尾部にスライドーベーン制動装置が設けられ、前記スライドーベーンの尾部の圧力と前記スライドーベーンの頭部の圧力との差が、前記スライドーベーン制動装置の前記スライドーベーンに対する制動力より大きい場合、前記スライドーベーンが前記スライドーベーン制動装置と分離され、且つ前記スライドーベーンの頭部が、対応する前記ピストンの外周壁に当接される請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 前記制動力が2N〜10Nである請求項6に記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 前記第3弁口が前記排出口又は前記ハウジングの内部に直接接続される請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 前記第1方向切替アセンブリが三方弁である請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の回転式圧縮機。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の回転式圧縮機と、
第1接続口、第2接続口、第3接続口及び第4接続口を有し、前記第1接続口が前記回転式圧縮機の前記排出口に接続され、前記第4接続口が前記貯液器に接続される第2方向切替アセンブリと、
第1端が前記第2接続口に接続される室外熱交換器と、
第1端が前記第3接続口に接続され、第2端が前記室外熱交換器の第2端に接続される室内熱交換器と、
前記室内熱交換器の前記第2端と前記室外熱交換器の前記第2端との間に接続され、前記回転式圧縮機の前記第1気体吐出口及び前記第2気体吐出口に接続されるフラッシュタンクとを備える冷凍サイクル装置。
