Claims (16)
- 表面処理された鋼板であって、好ましくは冷間圧延薄鋼板であり、耐金属腐食性層を有し、この層の構成成分がアルミニウムおよび鉄を含み、前記耐金属腐食性層のアルミニウム含有量が、40重量%を超え、好ましくは45重量%を超え、より好ましくは50重量%を超え、前記耐金属腐食性層はさらに、ニッケルを含み、ニッケル含有相は、特に、前記耐金属腐食性層から前記鋼板のベース材料へと遷移する部分において形成され、前記耐金属腐食性層のニッケル含有量は、5〜30重量%の範囲、好ましくは10〜25重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、鋼板。
- 前記耐金属腐食性層が、ケイ素ならびにニッケル、鉄およびアルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表面処理された鋼板。
- 前記耐金属腐食性層のSi含有量が、8重量%未満であり、好ましくは5重量%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の表面処理された鋼板。
- 前記耐金属腐食性層の外層半分におけるニッケル含有量が鉄含有量より多いことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の表面処理された鋼板。
- そのベース材料が、冷間圧延薄鋼板であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の表面処理された鋼板。
- そのベース材料が、プレス硬化鋼であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の表面処理された鋼板。
- AlNi金属間化合物相が、前記耐金属腐食性層に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の表面処理された鋼板。
- 前記耐金属腐食性層が、8〜20μmの範囲、好ましくは10〜15μmの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の表面仕上げされた鋼板。
- 耐金属腐食性層で表面処理された鋼板を製造するための方法であって、平鋼、好ましくは冷間圧延薄鋼板が、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム系合金で溶融めっき処理されており、前記溶融めっき処理の前に、前記平鋼にはニッケル層が提供されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記ニッケル層を適用するためのコーティング操作が、前記操作の結果として適用されたニッケル層が、1〜5μm、好ましくは3〜5μmの範囲の層厚さを有するように行われることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ニッケル層が、電解コーティング操作によって適用されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記電解コーティング操作のために使用されるニッケル電解質が、硫酸ニッケルおよび塩化ニッケルに基づくことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融めっき処理される前に、前記ニッケル層が提供された前記平鋼が、不活性ガス下で再結晶化焼鈍処理に供されることを特徴とする、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融めっき処理が、アルミニウム、鉄、およびニッケルを含み形成された耐腐食性層が8〜20μmの範囲、好ましくは10〜15μmの範囲の層厚さを有するように行われることを特徴とする、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融めっき処理のために使用される溶融槽が、不可避の不純物とは別に純粋なアルミニウム溶融物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融めっき処理のために使用される溶融槽が、10重量%までのケイ素を有するアルミニウム溶融物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
