Abstract
Description

上キャップ及び下キャップは管の外壁に取り付けられ、管の外壁から半径方向に延在し、

a)外壁、縦方向孔、近位端部、及び遠位端部を有する管と、
b)カラーから延在する一対の対向するフランジを有するカラーを含む摺動タブであって、前記カラーは前記管の外壁に沿って摺動可能である、摺動タブと、
c)一対の実質的に対向するスロットを有する環状フレームと、を含み、
前記カラーの前記フランジはそれぞれ前記環状フレームの前記スロットを通って延在し、
前記管は前記環状フレームを通って延在する、最小侵襲性外科手術用アクセスシステム。
(2) d)静止ユニットから延在するアームを更に含み、前記アームは前記環状フレームに取り付けられている、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(3) 前記カラーがねじ穴を含み、
d)前記カラーの前記ねじ穴に受け入れられる止めねじを更に含む、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(4) 前記止めねじが、前記カラーを通って延在することができ、前記管の前記近位端部の前記管の前記外壁に接触して前記カラーを前記管にロックすることができる、実施態様3に記載のシステム。
(5) フランジはそれぞれ球面の一部分を含み、スロットはそれぞれ弧を描き、前記フランジが前記スロットと係合する、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(7) 前記カラーが前記環状フレームに接触しない、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
(8) 前記環状フレームが切抜きを有する、実施態様3に記載のシステム。

(10) 前記管の前記遠位端部が固着されるとき、前記管の前記近位部が、実質的に円錐台形の量で動くことができる、実施態様1に記載のシステム。
a)外壁、縦方向孔、近位端部、遠位端部、及び前記外壁のセグメントを半径方向に囲むほぼ球状の要素を有する管と、
b)基部、及び前記基部から延在する一対の対向するフランジを有する摺動タブであって、前記基部はその中を貫通する穴を有し、前記穴は静的部分及び摺動可能部分を有する周縁部を画定する、摺動タブと、

(14) 前記摺動ドアが前記周縁部の前記摺動可能部分を含む、実施態様13に記載のシステム。
(15) 前記周縁部の前記摺動可能部分がほぼ半球状の部分を含み、前記ほぼ半球状の部分は前記ほぼ球状の要素の前記第2の部分と解除可能に係合する、実施態様14に記載のシステム。
(17) 前記環状フレームが第2の切抜きを有する、実施態様13に記載のシステム。
(18) 前記管の前記遠位端部が、骨又は軟骨にドッキングするように適合されたドッキング特徴を有する、実施態様11に記載のシステム。
(19) フランジがそれぞれ平らであり、スロットがそれぞれほぼ長方形であり、前記フランジが前記スロットと係合する、実施態様11に記載のシステム。

(23) 最小侵襲性外科手術用アクセスシステムであって、
a)ほぼ球面の第1の部分を描く上キャップと、
b)前記ほぼ球面の第2の部分を描き中心穴を有する中キャップと、
c)前記ほぼ球面の第3の部分を描く下キャップと、
d)取り付け部分を有する外壁、縦方向孔、近位端部、及び遠位端部を有する管と、を含み、
前記上キャップ及び前記下キャップは前記管の前記外壁に取り付けられ、前記管の前記外壁から半径方向に延在し、
前記上キャップ及び前記下キャップのうちの少なくとも1つは前記管の前記外壁に着脱自在に取り付けられ、
前記管は前記中キャップの前記中心穴に受け入れられ、

(24) 前記上キャップが前記下キャップに対して近位に位置する、実施態様23に記載のシステム。
(25) 前記中キャップが静止ユニットに固着するための固着要素を有する、実施態様23に記載のシステム。
(27) 前記管の前記遠位端部が固着されるとき、前記管の前記近位部が、実質的に円錐台形の量で動くことができる、実施態様23に記載のシステム。
(28) 前記管の前記遠位端部が、骨にドッキングするように適合されたドッキング特徴を有する、実施態様23に記載のシステム。
(29) 前記上キャップ、前記中キャップ、及び前記下キャップが、前記管の最近位四分の一に位置する、実施態様23に記載のシステム。

Claims (11)
- 最小侵襲性外科手術用アクセスシステムであって、
a)ほぼ球面の第1の部分を描く上キャップと、
b)前記ほぼ球面の第2の部分を描き中心穴を有する中キャップと、
c)前記ほぼ球面の第3の部分を描く下キャップと、
d)取り付け部分を有する外壁、縦方向孔、近位端部、及び遠位端部を有する管と、を含み、
前記上キャップ及び前記下キャップは前記管の前記外壁に取り付けられ、前記管の前記外壁から半径方向に延在し、
前記上キャップ及び前記下キャップのうちの少なくとも1つは前記管の前記外壁に着脱自在に取り付けられ、
前記管は前記中キャップの前記中心穴に受け入れられ、
前記中キャップは前記上キャップと前記下キャップとの間に受け入れられている、最小侵襲性外科手術用アクセスシステム。 - 前記上キャップが前記下キャップに対して近位に位置する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記中キャップが静止ユニットに固着するための固着要素を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- e)前記静止ユニットから延在するアームを更に含み、前記アームは前記固着要素に取り付けられている、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記管の前記遠位端部が固着されるとき、前記管の前記近位部が、実質的に円錐台形の量で動くことができる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記管の前記遠位端部が、骨にドッキングするように適合されたドッキング特徴を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記上キャップ、前記中キャップ、及び前記下キャップが、前記管の最近位四分の一に位置する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記上キャップ又は前記下キャップのうちの1つがねじ穴を有し、前記外壁がねじ切り部分を有し、前記ねじ穴を有する前記キャップが、前記管の前記外壁の前記ねじ切り部分に螺入可能に受け入れられている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記上キャップ及び前記下キャップのうちの1つが前記管の前記外壁に着脱自在に取り付けられ、他方の前記キャップが前記管の前記外壁に一体的に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記上キャップ及び前記下キャップの両方が前記管の前記外壁に着脱自在に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記上キャップ及び前記下キャップの両方が前記管の前記外壁に螺入可能に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
