Abstract
Dispositivo quirúrgico (1), que comprende: dos cuchillas retractoras (2) enfrentadas entre sí y que se mantienen unidas mediante un armazón común (4), pudiendo dichas cuchillas retractoras (2) ser insertadas en una incisión quirúrgica en un paciente y ser desplazadas alejándolas entre sí a lo largo de un eje principal (x) a fin de ensanchar dicha incisión quirúrgica; comprendiendo dicho dispositivo quirúrgico (1) un pasador de conexión (3) fijado en un extremo distal (20) de cada cuchilla retractora (2), pudiendo cada pasador de conexión (3) ser fijado a un tornillo pedicular (100) anclado a una vértebra (200) respectiva del paciente, de manera el alejamiento de las dos cuchillas retractoras (2) a lo largo de dicho eje principal (x) determina una distensión de dicha vértebra (200).
