Claims (13)
- 延設部材(2)と、ワッシャ(3)と、を備え、前記ワッシャ(3)は、前記延設部材(2)に対する相対的な長手方向の変位が防止されていると同時に前記ワッシャ(3)の軸回りの回転が可能となるよう構成されている骨固定装置(1)であって、
前記延設部材(2)は、近接側ヘッド(4)と、シャフト軸(6)に沿って前記延設部材(5)の前記近接側ヘッド(4)から遠端部(7)に向かって延設される延設シャフト(5)と、を備えており、
前記近接側ヘッド(4)は、ある一定の直径(D)を有する少なくとも遠位側球状部(8)を備えており、前記シャフト軸(6)に対する前記近接側ヘッド(4)の最大横方向寸法(Dh)が定義されており、
前記ワッシャ(3)は、前記近接側ヘッド(4)を受けるよう構成されるとともに前記近接側ヘッド(4)の前記遠位側球状部(8)と同じ直径(D)を有する中央球状部(15)を有する中央キャビティ(14)を有しており、
ワッシャ軸(6’)に沿って前記中央球状部(15)は遠位側縁部(16)と近接側縁部(17)との間で延設されており、
前記遠位側縁部(16)は、前記延設シャフト(5)の最大横方向寸法(d)より大きく前記近接側ヘッド(4)の最大横方向寸法(Dh)より小さい、前記ワッシャ軸(6’)と前記シャフト軸(6)に対する遠位側横方向寸法(Dd)を有しており、
前記近接側縁部(17)は、前記延設シャフト(5)の最大横方向寸法(d)より大きく前記近接側ヘッド(4)の最大横方向寸法(Dw)より多少小さい、前記ワッシャ軸(6’)と前記シャフト軸(6)に対する近接側横方向寸法(Dw)を有しており、
前記近接側縁部(17)の前記近接側横方向寸法(Dw)は、前記遠位側縁部(16)の前記遠位側横方向寸法(Dd)より大きく、
前記近接側縁部(17)は、前記近接側ヘッド(4)を前記シャフト軸(6)と前記ワッシャ軸(6’)に沿って前記近接側縁部(17)を通るよう押圧することにより弾性的に変形可能に構成される、

請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。 - 前記近接側円錐状部(9)は、挿入ツールを収容するよう構成されるツール収容受け部(12)を近接側表面(10)に備える、
請求項6に記載の骨固定装置。 - 前記近接側ヘッド(4)は、前記シャフト軸(6)に沿って前記遠位側球状部(8)から前記近接側ヘッド(4)の最大横方向寸法(Dw)で近位側へと延設される中央円筒部(13)を備える、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。 - 近接側円錐状部(9)は、前記中央円筒状部(13)から前記シャフト軸(6)に沿って近位側へと延設される、
請求項6に従属する請求項8に記載の骨固定装置。 - 前記延設部材(2)は、外傷用途の場合には180mmまでの長さまたは仙腸関節固定術の場合にはより短い長さを有するとともに一条ネジまたは二条ネジであるカニューレ挿入用ネジである、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。 - 前記ワッシャ(3)と前記近接側ヘッド(4)との間の締りばめ干渉は0.005〜0.08mmまたは0.005〜0.2mmである、
請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の骨固定装置(1)と、
前記近接側ヘッド(4)と前記近接側縁部(17)との間の締りばめ干渉に打ち勝つよう、そして前記近接側ヘッド(4)を前記ワッシャ(3)の前記中央キャビティ(14)内へと押し込むよう構成される組み立て装置(22)と、
を備える骨固定キット。 - 前記組み立て装置(22)は、前記ワッシャ(3)を収容するよう構成される受け部(23)を備える、
