Description

Claims (18)
- 骨の固定のための整形外科手術用インプラントシステム(10)であって、
長手軸(30)を定める近位部(18)を有する髄内釘(12)であって、前記近位部(18)が前記近位部(18)の長手軸(30)に実質的に平行な軸線(62)を定める軸方向穴(32)、及び骨留め具(14)を受容するように構成された横穴(24)を有する髄内釘(12)、並びに
前記髄内釘(12)の前記近位部(18)の前記軸方向穴(32)内に可動的に配置された構成の連結部材(38)であって、駆動部(40)、骨留め具係合部(42)、及び貫通孔(44)を有する連結部材(38)を備え、
前記骨留め具係合部(42)が、前記髄内釘(12)の遠位方向末端に丸みのある端部(50)を有し、前記横穴(24)を貫通する骨留め具(14)を係合するように構成され、
前記駆動部(40)が、前記骨留め具係合部(42)を前記近位部の軸方向穴(32)内で前記髄内釘(12)の遠位部に向けて動かして前記横穴(24)を貫通する骨留め具と係合するように、前記髄内釘(12)の遠位部の方向に前記近位部の軸方向穴(32)内で移動可能であり、
前記駆動部(40)が、前記駆動部(40)が前記骨留め具係合部(42)に対して回転しないように、前記骨留め具係合部(42)と連結されており、
前記連結部材(38)の前記駆動部(40)が、前記髄内釘(12)のねじ止め係合用の雄ねじ(48)を有し、
前記髄内釘(12)の前記近位部(18)の前記軸方向穴(32)が雌ねじ(34)を有し、前記連結部材(38)の前記駆動部(40)の前記雄ねじ(48)が、前記髄内釘(12)の前記近位部(18)の前記軸方向穴(32)の前記雌ねじ(34)と噛み合わせるように構成されていることを特徴とするインプラントシステム(10)。 - 前記駆動部(40)及び前記骨留め具係合部(42)が一体形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記骨留め具係合部(42)が前記駆動部(40)に固定連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記骨留め具係合部(42)が、前記駆動部(40)の外径(d2)よりも小さい外径(d1)を定め、前記外径(d1及びd2)が前記連結部材(38)の前記貫通孔(44)の軸に実質上垂直な面内に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記骨留め具係合部(42)が、前記骨留め具(14)を係合するように構成された広がりのある接触領域(51)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記骨留め具係合部(42)の前記丸みのある端部(50)が、前記骨留め具(14)の溝(54)内で係合するように構成されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。 - 前記骨留め具係合部(42)の前記丸みのある端部(50)の一部が、偏心状態で、前記骨留め具(14)の溝(54)内で係合するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記骨留め具係合部(42)の前記丸みのある端部(50)が、前記骨留め具(14)の相補的形状の接触領域(55)を係合するように構成されている丸みのある接触領域(51)を定めることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記骨留め具係合部(42)の前記丸みのある端部(50)と前記骨留め具(14)の溝(54)が、断面において相補的な円弧部分(51、55)を実質的に定めることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記連結部材(38)が、前記髄内釘(12)の遠位方向末端で平面(58)を定め、前記平面(58)は、前記髄内釘(12)の前記近位部(18)の長手軸(30)に実質的に垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記駆動部(40)及び前記骨留め具係合部(42)が、前記連結部材(38)の前記貫通孔(44)によって貫通されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記連結部材(38)の前記貫通孔(44)が、前記髄内釘(12)の前記近位部(18)の前記軸方向穴(32)の軸線(62)に実質的に平行な軸線を定めることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記髄内釘(12)が、前記髄内釘(12)の長手軸に実質的に沿う通路(46)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記髄内釘(12)の前記通路(46)、前記連結部材(38)の前記貫通孔(44)、及び前記近位部(18)の前記軸方向穴(32)によって、前記髄内釘(12)を貫くカニューレが、手術用ワイヤが前記カニューレを通じて挿入され得るように定められていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記骨留め具(14)をさらに有する、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記骨留め具(14)が、前記連結部材(38)の前記骨留め具係合部(42)による係合のための、1以上の傾斜部(56)を備えた少なくとも一つの溝(54)を有することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの溝(54)のそれぞれの傾斜部(56)が浅端及び深端を有し、前記傾斜部(56)が、前記骨留め具(14)の後部末端(68)の前記浅端から前記骨留め具(14)の前部末端(66)に向って前記深端へと広がっていることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの溝(54)が前記深端において、前記浅端における幅(w2)よりも大きな幅(w1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のインプラントシステム(10)。
