Claims (10)
- a)表面(30)を有する、熱可塑性材料からなるプリフォーム(15)を提供する工程と、
b)前記プリフォーム(15)に延性を持たせる等のために、前記プリフォーム(15)に熱エネルギーを放射によって供給する工程と、
c)成形型(26)の内部で前記延性プリフォーム(15)を成形する工程と
を含む、熱可塑性材料からなるプリフォームの成形方法であって、
工程a)で、熱可塑性複合材料を提供し、
工程b)で、前記表面を保護するために、前記プリフォーム(15)の前記表面(30)にガス状流体を同時に射出することを特徴とする、成形方法。 - 前記プリフォームを予熱する等のために、工程a)と工程b)との間で、前記プリフォーム(15)に熱エネルギーを伝導によってさらに供給することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- 前記プリフォーム(15)に熱エネルギーを伝導によって供給するために、前記プリフォーム(15)を加熱プレート(34、36)に接触させることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の成形方法。
- 前記ガス状流体を、前記プリフォーム(15)の前記表面(30)に略垂直方向に射出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の成形方法。
- 工程b)で、熱エネルギーを赤外線放射によって供給することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の成形方法。
- 工程b)で、前記ガス状流体が空気であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の成形方法。
- 第1に、熱可塑性材料からなるプリフォーム(15)に熱エネルギーを放射によって供給して、延性を持たせることを可能にする等のために、前記プリフォーム(15)を収容する放射加熱エンクロージャ(10)と、第2に、前記延性プリフォームを成形することを可能にするために、前記加熱エンクロージャ(10)の下流に配置された成形型(26)とを備える、熱可塑性材料からなるプリフォームの成形設備であって、
前記プリフォーム(15)の表面(30)を保護する等のために、前記プリフォームが熱エネルギーを放射によって受けるときに、前記プリフォーム(15)の前記表面(30)にガス状流体を射出することを可能にするために、前記放射加熱エンクロージャ(10)の内部に取り付けられた、ガス状流体射出装置(22)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、成形設備。 - 前記プリフォームに熱エネルギーを伝導によって供給することを可能にするために、前記放射加熱エンクロージャ(10)の上流に配置された伝導加熱装置(32)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の成形設備。
- 前記プリフォームに熱エネルギーを伝導によって供給するために、前記伝導加熱装置(32)が、前記プリフォーム(15)と接触するよう意図された加熱プレート(34,36)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の成形設備。
- 前記放射加熱エンクロージャ(10)が赤外線放射ランプを備えることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の成形設備。
