Abstract
Description
H.Zhaoら、Journal of Power Sources 263(2014)288−295に記載されているように、polyVCを調製した。
使用される重量:
ビニレンカーボネート2.35g=27ミリモル
アクリル酸1.95g=27ミリモル
0.05g=0.06ミリモルのAIBN
2つのモノマーを追加の溶媒なしで互いに溶解させ、AIBNの半分(0.025g)と混合し、50mlの三ツ口フラスコ中で脱気した。
ポリマーをDMF30mlに90℃で溶解し、ジエチルエーテル50mlから再沈殿させた。ポリマーを70℃で減圧下乾燥させた。
0.6gのポリマーを5.0gのDMFに溶解した。
NaOH水溶液をポリマー溶液中に滴下した。
d50=180nm(非凝集シリコン粒子)の粒径を有するエタノール中の22重量%強のシリコン懸濁液4.41gおよび導電性カーボンブラック(Timcal(R) Super C65)0.6gを、20℃で冷却しながら、回転速度2500rpmで5分間、スピードミキサーを用いて、続いて9m/秒の周速で15分間ディソルバーを用いて水中のCMCの2.5重量%強溶液15.00g中に分散させた。グラファイト(Timcal(R) SFG6)2.83gおよび水4gを添加した後、混合物を回転速度2500rpmで5分間、スピードミキサーを用いて、および8m/秒の周速で15分間ディソルバーを用いて混合した。スピードミキサー内で脱気した後、厚さ0.030mmを有する銅箔(Schlenk Metallfolien、SE−Cu58)に、ギャップ高さ0.25mmを有するフィルム引き出し枠(Erichsen、モデル360)を用いて分散液を塗布した。このようにして製造した電極コーティングを、80℃および1バールの空気圧で60分間乾燥させた。乾燥した電極コーティングの単位面積当たりの平均重量は2.20mg/cm2であった。

Claims (6)
- 70重量%を超えるビニル官能性環状カーボネートと、アクリル酸およびその誘導体からなる群からの1つ以上のモノマーとを一緒に重合することによって調製することができるコポリマーCであって、使用される全てのモノマーの重量に基づいたビニル官能性環状カーボネートの重量割合が5から90%であるコポリマーCを含むか、またはその塩を含む、リチウムイオン電池用電極コーティング。
- コポリマーC中の、使用される全てのモノマーの重量に基づいたアクリル酸の重量割合が30から85%である、請求項1に記載の電極コーティング。
- コポリマーCが請求項1に記載のモノマーだけから調製できる、請求項1または2に記載の電極コーティング。
- コポリマーCの数平均分子質量がMn=500から30000である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電極コーティング。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコポリマーCのナトリウム塩またはリチウム塩を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電極コーティング。
- 活物質であるシリコンを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池用電極コーティング。
