熱間圧延または冷間圧延状態の鋼製品、より具体的には平坦鋼製品を提供するステップと、
鋼製品の表面から不動酸化物を除去するために、鋼製品の表面を活性化するステップと、
Alおよび不可避の不純物に加えて、以下の元素:
Mn 0.2〜2wt%
および/またはMg 0.2〜7wt%
必須元素としてのFe 0.5〜5wt%
Ti 0.05〜0.4wt%
および/またはZr 0.05〜0.4wt%
で構成されるアルミニウム合金を含有する液体溶融コーティング浴への浸漬により、表面活性化された鋼製品をコーティングするステップと
を特徴とする。
Si 0.1〜15wt%
Ni 0.05〜2wt%
Sb 0.05〜0.4wt%
Cr 0.05〜0.4wt%
Co 最大0.4wt%
Cu 最大0.1wt%
Zn 最大0.1wt%
の1つまたは複数を含む。
a)熱間圧延または冷間圧延状態の鋼製品、好ましくは平坦鋼製品を提供するステップと、
b)鋼製品の表面を清浄化するステップと(任意)
c)鋼製品の表面を活性化するステップと
d)溶融アルミニウムめっきする、すなわちアルミニウムをベースとした本発明のコーティング浴組成物中で溶融めっきするステップと、
e)熱的、化学的、または機械的後処理を行うステップと(それぞれ任意)
を含む。
Mn 0.2〜2wt%
および/またはMg 0.2〜7wt%
必須元素としてのFe 0.5〜5wt%
Ti 0.05〜0.4wt%
および/またはZr 0.05〜0.4wt%
を含む。
Claims (18)
- アルミニウム合金の金属腐食防止コーティングを有する鋼製品、より具体的には平坦鋼製品であって、前記アルミニウム合金は、Alおよび不可避の不純物に加えて、以下の元素:
Mn 0.2〜2wt%
および/またはMg 0.2〜7wt%
必須元素としてのFe 0.5〜5wt%
Ti 0.05〜0.4wt%
および/またはZr 0.05〜0.4wt%
を含む、鋼製品。 - 前記アルミニウム合金が、以下の元素:
Si 0.1〜15wt%
Ni 0.05〜2wt%
Sb 0.05〜0.4wt%
Cr 0.05〜0.4wt%
Co 最大0.4wt%
Cu 最大0.1wt%
Zn 最大0.1wt%
の1つまたは複数を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋼製品。 - 前記アルミニウム合金が、0.2〜1.5wt%の範囲内のMn含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の鋼製品。
- 前記アルミニウム合金が、1.5超〜2wt%の範囲内のMn含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の鋼製品。
- 前記アルミニウム合金が、1.5超〜5wt%の範囲内のFe含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鋼製品。
- 前記アルミニウム合金が、3超〜5wt%の範囲内のFe含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の鋼製品。
- 前記アルミニウム合金が、1.5超〜3wt%の範囲内のFe含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の鋼製品。
- 前記アルミニウム合金が、前述のMn含量のMnに加えて、0.2〜0.6wt%未満の範囲内のMg含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の鋼製品。
- アルミニウム合金の金属腐食防止コーティングを有する鋼製品、より具体的には平坦鋼製品を製造するための方法であって、
熱間圧延または冷間圧延状態の鋼製品、より具体的には平坦鋼製品を提供するステップと、
前記鋼製品の表面から不動酸化物を除去するために、前記鋼製品の前記表面を活性化するステップと、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成を有するアルミニウム合金を含有する液体溶融コーティング浴への浸漬により、前記表面を活性化した鋼製品をコーティングするステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記コーティング浴が、650〜750℃の範囲内のコーティング浴温度で操作されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記鋼製品の前記表面が、酸洗、濯ぎ、フラックス塗布、および乾燥により活性化されること、ならびにこのようにして処理された前記鋼製品が、前記コーティング浴の温度に対応する温度、または前記コーティング浴の温度より最大50℃高い温度まで加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記鋼製品の前記表面が、酸洗、濯ぎ、および焼結により活性化され、前記焼結は、水素−窒素雰囲気中で500〜900℃の範囲内の保持温度で行われること、ならびにこのようにして処理された前記鋼製品が、前記コーティング浴の温度に対応する温度、または前記コーティング浴の温度より最大50℃高い温度まで加熱または冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記鋼製品の前記表面が、焼結により活性化され、前記鋼製品は、水素−窒素雰囲気中で600℃から1100℃の範囲内の保持温度まで加熱されること、ならびにこのようにして処理された前記鋼製品が、前記コーティング浴の温度に対応する温度、または前記コーティング浴の温度より最大50℃高い温度まで加熱または冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結された鋼製品が、中性または還元性不活性ガス雰囲気が存在するスナウトを通して、保護された形態で前記コーティング浴に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記鋼製品の追加的な事前酸化、前記鋼製品の表面窒化、制御された露点作業、またはそれらの組み合わせが行われるように、前記鋼製品の焼結が行われることを特徴とする、請求項12から14のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記鋼製品が脱炭されるように、前記鋼製品の焼結が行われることを特徴とする、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶融めっきされた前記鋼製品の表面がドレッシングされることを特徴とする、請求項9から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶融めっきされた前記鋼製品の表面が陽極酸化されることを特徴とする、請求項9から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
