Claims (17)
- 動力デバイスのシャフト上の回転駆動部材と係合する無端駆動部材に張力付与するためのテンショナであって、
前記動力デバイスに装着可能であるベースと、
前記動力デバイスの前記シャフトを取り囲む関係で前記ベースによって回転可能に支持され、かつリング軸の周りに回転可能であるリングと、
アームピボット軸の周りを枢動できるように前記リングにピボット可能に装着されたテンショナアームと、
前記テンショナアームに回転可能に装着された第1のテンショナプーリであって、該テンショナアームが、前記回転駆動部材の1つの側で前記無端駆動部材の第1のスパンに向けて付勢される前記第1のテンショナプーリと、
前記リングに少なくとも間接的に回転可能に装着され、前記回転駆動部材の別の側で前記無端駆動部材の第2のスパンに向けて付勢される第2のテンショナプーリと、を備え、
前記リングは、前記無端駆動部材の前記第1及び第2のスパンとの係合から生じる前記第1及び第2のテンショナプーリ内のハブ荷重に応答して回転可能である、
ことを特徴とするテンショナ。 - 前記第2のテンショナプーリは、前記リングに対して固定された第2のプーリピボット軸の周りの回転のために該リングに装着される遊びプーリである、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記テンショナアームは、捩りバネである第1の付勢部材によって自由アーム方向に付勢される、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記テンショナアームは、該テンショナアームと前記リングの間の第1の圧縮コイルバネ作用である第1の付勢部材によって前記第1のスパンに向けて付勢される、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記テンショナアームは、第1のテンショナアームであり、前記第2のテンショナプーリは、前記無端駆動部材の前記第2のスパンに向けて付勢される第2のテンショナアームに装着される、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記第2のテンショナアームは、該第2のテンショナアームと前記リングの間の第2の圧縮コイルバネ作用である第2の付勢部材によって前記第2のスパンに向けて付勢される、
請求項5に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記テンショナアームの動きをダンピングするように位置決めされたテンショナアームダンピング部材を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテンショナ。
- リングダンピング部材が、前記リングの動きをダンピングするために該リングと係合する、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記リングダンピング部材は、前記リングの第2の回転方向におけるよりも該リングの第1の回転方向により強く該リングの動きをダンピングするように構成される、
請求項8に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記リングダンピング部材は、前記リングと前記ベースの間に位置決めされて該ベースの第1の面に係合する第1のリングダンピング部材であり、
第2のリングダンピング部材が、前記リングに接続され、かつ前記ベースの第2の面に係合する、
請求項8に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記リングに接続されたクランプ部材を更に含み、
そのために前記クランプ部材は、前記ベース12と前記第1及び第2のリングダンピング部材とをクランプするために前記リング14と協働し、同時に依然として該ベースに対する該リングの摺動を許容する、
請求項10に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記クランプ部材は、クランプ部材面とリングレースの間の間隙の調節を可能とし前記第1及び第2のリングダンピング部材を通じて前記リングに作用するダンピング力の調節を可能にするように該リングに螺合可能に接続される、
請求項11に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記テンショナアームが前記第1及び第2のテンショナプーリと前記回転駆動部材との周りの前記無端駆動部材の設置を許容するように前記リングに対する選択された角度位置に該テンショナアームを係止するように構成されたアーム係止部材を更に備えている、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記リング軸は、前記動力デバイスの前記シャフトの軸線と同軸である、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記リング軸は、前記動力デバイスの前記シャフトの軸線からオフセットしている、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記ベース上に前記リングを支持するブッシング上にバネ部材によって発生される力が、テンショナの作動中に前記プーリ上のベルト力から生じる傾斜力に抵抗するように選択される、
請求項1に記載のテンショナ。 - 前記テンショナアームを支持するブッシング上に別のバネ部材によって発生される力が、前記テンショナアームプーリ上の前記ベルト力から生じる傾斜力に抵抗するように選択される、
請求項16に記載のテンショナ。
